Jenise was so caring and so professional, I felt we really connected in our conversations. I could tell she wanted to help me be the best person I could be, and with her caring, patient manner, she did help me. Regarding therapy, I think you have to WANT help in order for it to be successful, it will not work unless you take it seriously. I was honest enough with myself to know I had things I could work on, things that I could change to make me be a better person. I will absolutely talk with her again if I need to. I highly recommend her!

She is a reputable psychotherapist who maintains strong vision and intellect even when approaching relationship with deeply rooted compassion and empathy. I admire her skill and trust her immensely! I wouldnt hesitate in recommending.

I would like to see Jenise accept insurance. If you see Jenise be upfront so you know how long therapy will be. Or tell her you just want short term because it gets expensive real quick. Be specific about what you want to work on and your goals. If you dont then you will find that you arent really talking about anything in particular and she will set you up for weekly appointments. I wish I had a chance to do it all over again but I already spent close to 1000 dollars.

Ive found the time I spend talking with Jenise to be very helpful, and it has impacted my growth in a positive way. I would definitely recommend her practice.
