They were highly communicative upon setting up the appointment and I was able to meet with the counselor of my choice. They took my insurance and my copay was manageable. My counselor has always been open to working with my schedules demands, and I am able to address the issues I came to counseling for. I feel valued and taken care of. Theyre able to meet through teletherapy, and I dont feel like my experience is lessened from this form of therapy. I would recommend to others.

I had a horrible experience hereI would like to start by saying that I nevereave bad reviews I usually just leave it be but this is one that I need to warm others aboutI went and saw one of their counselors for a few months at the end of last year and quit after 3 sessionsMy counselor was unprofessional, unhelpful and did not make appropriate eye contactThen at the begining of the year they decided that I had to pay full price for my counseling sessions ( which were covered by my insurance with the exception of a small copay) and the rate they charged me was higher that the standard out of pocket session costAsside from all of that staff is extremely rude on the phone and unpleasantThis was in December and January and I am now getting an Email in JULY that they forgot to chargee $15 for a visit in JANUARYsave your self some time and money go somewhere elseThere are way better professionals out there

While I was there, sitting in the waiting room, a dramatic fight broke out between 2 girls that worked in another department, same building, while my son was there for counseling. Not professional whats so ever. Profanity out loud, aggressive, as well as people shooting up dope in the parking lot (not bluestones fault! Daniel was amazing but should definitely be placed at another location) to top it all off, sitting on the couch in the waiting room, I got bit by a freaking bed bug. Not only did it cling to my shirt, it bit the whole upper side of my neck. Ive never had a bed bug bite in my life. I will NEVER be back at this location, PLEASE TAKE PRECAUTION BEFORE SITTING DOWN!

The therapists are very kind and empathetic and Ive never had a bad experience here. Id recommend them highly!

I’ve called Bluestone 5 times in 10 days, during business hours. They’ve never once answered the phone, and they have not returned my calls.
