Reliable staffing is THE best staffing company in Columbus. Very dedicated people working here and they always treat u like a friend. Ive had slot of experiences with temps and Reliable has blown them out the water. They definitely live up to their name and well deserve it also.

I been here twice and both times they said the job was taken, Please dont waste your time here. Try A Different Staffing Agency.

This company is TERRIBLE. If I could rate it no stars I would. First my husband calls to see if they have any positions available, the woman named Jessica Herrera says yes they do and she would send him a text with the information on where to send his resume before she leaves for the day. We waited all night and received no such text. So he calls in the morning, finds out where to send his resume, and then comes in for a drug screen before they close (FYI they take $25 out of your check for the drug screen, super inflated price since dollar tree sells them for $1), he tells them he has an availability of 8 A.M.- Midnight. That’s a 16 hour window of availability, and these morons couldn’t place him in that availability. So here’s the kicker, they give him a piece of paper that depicts Monday through Friday, 8 hour shifts. So he gets there and is told his start time is 4 PM and it’s 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday with the possibility of doing another 10 hour shift on Friday. That would put him out at 2:30 in the morning. 2 and a half hours past his availability, which was a giant window in the first place, and he couldn’t go past 12:30 because our sitter won’t go past 12:30, which JESSICA HERRERA knew and even told him that it was 8 hour shifts and even went as far as telling him that on his first day when he had to be in at 3, he would probably be out by 11 PM since it was according to her 8 HOUR SHIFTS! So my husband calls them the next morning to find a different position that goes with his hours. First time he calls he speaks with some guy who would “relay” the message. Never received a call back so he calls again and Jessica says that she’ll call him back shortly after she talks with the company he was working for to see if they could shorten his hours, or she would place him somewhere else. Three hours pass and he hears nothing, so he calls them right before they close. Some other woman answers the phone and says that reliable can no longer work with him because he can’t do that position because of the shift, and that he was made aware of the shift before he started. Yet I have the paper that they gave him stating the position was Monday through Friday and 8 hour shifts. So I’ll be taking this to corporate and the attorney general. Oh and if you stop a position that pays more than minimum wage, they will drop your pay down to minimum wage on your check. Shady business practices with idiots running the place, if I were you I’d steer clear of this disgusting establishment.

They have friendly staff but NEVER have work like at all!

If you don’t speak Spanish don’t work for this company!!! They don’t speak English so they can’t explain the job to you correctly because lack of communication, then will fire you because you don’t know what you’re doing but you never actually had the job explained to you in full English

This place never have checks ready every time its a run around and you never get a badge for the job site smh...
