I have been working for LGC Hospitality for three years and consistently and their client keep submitting the wrong information about my work hours. The I called and emailed LGC area manager that can Dictate about what I have work. They don’t have a clock in or out. Then she tell they don’t get their hours from Shiftgig. But you keep putting jobs onto Shiftgig but you can’t confirm my working hours. This place is horrible. They can Edit your working hours and make my life a living hell. So Iost wages, pain, and suffering on numerous issues and Frequently. Please if you work for this staffing agency please be aware and advised about your work hours. They will not pay attention to anything but themselves!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have worked with LGC off and on for 5 years. I met some wonderful people who value work relationships and who doesn’t mind putting in the work. Management finds the perfect shifts for me where I can make my money and leave. Some clients expect too much where we can sometimes feel we aren’t valued and appreciated. However, If you need money weekly, get into the flow of Shiftgig and start today.

I have been working with LGC a few years now and it’s been a great way to network with people in the central Ohio food service market! Being able to have flexibility with scheduling has allowed me to have employment while building my own enterprise. As a food service professional, I find it difficult to work in settings where the talent and care of the staff are just lacking. With LGC I get assignments in some of the best places to hone my skills. The office will also make sure to ask if I was comfortable with an assignment and make sure it’s a good match for me. As far as the issues with administration or bookkeeping...HUNDREDS OF EMPLOYEES AT DOZENS OF LOCATIONS, INTERVIEWS EVERY DAY, ANDNEW CLIENTS ASKING FOR SERVICES, PLUS A WEEKLY PAYROLL .All this handled by a small but dedicated staff! BRAVO!!

I have been working for LGC since fall of 2018. The staff in the office are very friendly and helpful. They go the extra mile for their employees. I would recommend LGC to someone who is seeking hospitality work or even anyone who would like to make extra money and meet people at the same time. The pros working with LGC can be endless, flexibility, learn new skills, career exploration, networking and great new experiences etc.

Ive been working with them since last year the Summer of June 2018, so far this the best job I have. Im literally having the time of my life traveling all over Columbus & different cities in Ohio. I love learning & learning different techniques in the hospitality world its such a fun experience. Its also a good way to build your resume up. Theyre very nice people & they work with you around your schedule which is totally awesome.

I got my first assignment. Went in and it was completely something else that Ive never done before, then from there they switched me to something else Ive never done and something I wasnt interested in. At the initial interview I let the lady know what I was interested in. They mustve dismissed my interests and threw me to the wolves. I recommend this place to people who dont want a long term career. Not for people like me with a great resume, Supervisor experience and management experience. Thumbs down!

LGC is very professional and I’ve been placed on assignments that are professional, friendly, fun atmosphere and clean. Great agency for full-time, part-time employment, as well as temporary to permanent positions. I would recommend LGC to my friends and associates.

Overall I’ve had a great experience with LGC, they work hard to staff shifts, provide the job details quickly and are honest about the pay. I’ve known Kourtney for over 2 years and she has excelled as the Columbus branch manager, she works hard for her company and provides many opportunities for her employees. You can choose how much or how less you want to work. Beware of Jasmine ! she was very rude to me. Instead of resolving the issues we had been engaged in she continued to evaluate me and call me unprofessional. Having a full staff dressed in non acceptable attire hair makeup and nails. This all was because I had problems with my paycheck. After that she kept deliberately arguing with me. For some reason this person was right and I was wrong even though she locked me out of my shift gig account. She will make you feel squashed! Absolutely shows no manners at all parades her title as manager so annoying!

Never know where you are going till you get there! Which is the fun part for me. I use them when I have days off. I dont know my area very well so when they send me on a new job I look forward to the fresh excitement. I actually got to learn more about the area and meet some really cool people along the way. Office staff are really down to earth and remember you even if you meet them once. They test you as a person and try to fit with what you can do and sometimes will push you to do more if you feel you can. I love it, its like a new adventure everytime I see if they have something new.

Ive been working through LGC for about 2-3 months now! I have never had a problem. When contacting them via text,email,or phone they responding quickly and handle your needs. I was able to find a full time assignment so Im guranteed my 40+ hours weekly! Ive never had a delay or problem with pay!! I came back to Columbus from NC and needed to start full time work asap and they got me started right away! Im pregnant with twins and not often but when I need a day off they are understanding as long as I have my Dr send an email ! I would recommend this to whoever needs employment!

I have been working with this company for the past few years. All of the staffing managers are down to earth and very easy to get along with. They have extensive amounts of work for every day of the week. There is never a boring day with lgc considering you get to go somewhere different every day if you like. From time to time they even have temp to hire positions available. Overall whether it be full time or part time youre looking for, its all around your own schedule, so why not make some extra cash. Ive been using LGC staffing to cover some holes in my schedule for an account I just took over that was severely understaffed. LGC has never failed to send me great folks who work hard. Ive dealt with a few temp services over the years here in Columbus, OH, and LGC is by far the easiest to work with. Their staff is polite, responsive, and courteous. When other FSDs ask me about temp services I always recommend LGC first. When you really need them, they will be there.

Kourtney Kenworth is super rude and unprofessional everyone else is super kind and was very helpful in assisting me with projects. I was also told by her that no assignments was available twice and recieved emails shortly after from other workers with plenty of assignments in my area. I really enjoyed working here but honestly I cant take the rudeness , it makes me not even want to work for the company at all.

Any good reviews you see for LGC are from current employees and their family/friends. Fake news reviews to make them look better.Not professionals.Never enough jobs for anyone, very competitive.Was in the office one time filling out paperwork and overheard some of the office workers talking bad about job seekers and saying things like People must be so dumb to keep calling back looking for work when weve told them we dont have anything for them.They claim to have tons of positions across various industries this is a lie, they have few contracts and want to put you in a job thats not right for you but must get them a bigger commission from the company contracting lgc.All in all, LGC is bogus. Stay away

Over staff almost all cooking jobs and you get sent home even if you know more and work harder than the people that say they can cook

They will literally never stop emailing you, I have ask maybe 10-20 times and they still haven’t stopped. Doesn’t really seem like they actually help you find a job. Everything that I was offered was a one or two day thing and then nothing.

Told me they had a position with aramark as an F&B Director, then when it came to filing for my W4, the following week they tell me that oh the clients they represented hired someone already, while they went on there marry way to tell the state ive been hired when in fact ive not. Which cost me my unemployment and now im seriously screwed, thanks alot LGC! Thanks ALOT! Just by advice if over half the temps are twlling me they havent been paid for 3 weeks, then id say they dont pay there people. DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT WITH THIS COMPANY TO GET A JOB.
