Ive been working here for two years. Its a great place to start your recruiting career for those who are financially motivated and want to get their feet wet- Ive learned a lot from the consultants here who have been in the industry 10+ years. The team is pretty chill, and you can earn impressive compensation early on the way the commission structure is set up. Its not for everyone (you have to be ready to work hard) but if you can handle a recruiting environment and like the rewards it comes with Id recommend looking into this place.
