Hands down the best dentist I’ve been to! 36 weeks pregnant in a ton of pain from what ended up being a decaying wisdom tooth. Dr Swords office got me in same day when nobody else would and he got the tooth out quick and easy. Staff was super friendly overall a great experience thank you again!!

I am terrified of visiting the dentist. I really hate having people’s hands anywhere near my mouth and the sounds of tooth scraping, tapping, the spit suction are all nausea inducing. But I’ve had to have a lot of dental work - and some of it’s been done very poorly. All of that fell out or broke at once and my teeth looked bad - I went to a dentist here in Columbus a few mo ago and didn’t trust him. Then a friend recommended his destiny, Dr swords. His whole staff is great! The lady who does insurance stuff - phenomenal. The techs, very warm and calming, and Dr Swords doesn’t try to push extra overpriced treatments on you, he listens to your concerns and creates a treatment plan that’s centered around your needs not hue highest profit potential. It’s a dentist office that’s geared for adults which I really like, no screaming children and all their germs and loud toys and repetitive noises. Everyone there is very gentle and accommodating.

Im 36 weeks pregnant and as nervous about pulling a tooth this late into my pregnancy, but my pain was beyond belief. I called them and they had a appointment available immediately and was extremely nice. The office was clean and professional to the ladder as well as friendly. I pulled that tooth and had no more pain or even felt the tooth be pulled. Amazing work from a great team. Thanks to everyone.

This dentistry is just AMAZING! From the front to the back the staff is absolutely amazing & kind! My husband and I went here for the first time (nervous of course) and everyone greets you with a smile and makes you feel so welcome! Best dentist ever!! I am sure like many, I have a dental phobia. I will put off going to the dentist as long as I can. I found Dr. Swords , made an appointment, and honestly he has been the best dentist I have ever had! He and his staff are patient, caring , friendly, and attentive. Everyone in the office makes you feel so welcome and they do everything they can to alleviate the stress. If you have to get some kind of dental work done with a shot, I promise it will not hurt. Dr. Swords is the first dentist to ever give me a shot for a filing and it did not hurt! I also had my wisdom teeth removed ,that did not hurt ! The office is even so caring ,they called me to check on me and see how I was doing after my wisdom teeth had been pulled, I never had that happen! The office is also great with getting you in and out so you are not there all day. Dr. Swords is the best dentist ever! Book him today!!

All I can is WOW! This office is the best dental office I have ever stepped foot in. Every person is attentive, greets you with a smile, energetic just all around good people. The level of care cannot be matched ANYWHERE. I’m someone who gets nervous with just the thought of going to a dentist Dr Swords and his whole team have calmed my anxiety and make me feel so at ease. I’ve referred so many people and EVERYONE raves about this office.

First let me say that Dr.Sword has never hurt me giving me a shot. NEVER. He has a special way of doing it. Go there and you will be impressed.Second.My husband had a major infection that the doctors could not find the cause. Dr. Swords probably saved his life. Dr.Swords treated his infected gums and guess what? All the next blood test showed improvement and my husband did not have to get another bone marrow test. Continued treatment and the infection is cleared.If you want a GREAT dentist who will NOT hurt you when you get shots and genuinely cares for your well being. Wonderful staff members!

I have ALWAYS avoided going to the dentist due to prior experiences but this place is the absolute best! The staff are knowledgeable, understanding and always make you feel comfortable. I actually look forward to my next appointment.

This dentist is only concerned with collecting insurance money rather than with patient care. I went to them with an abscessed molar and inflamed bridgework. Two of the supporting teeth were infected and painful. They took x-rays and suggested that the teeth and bridge would have to be removed and replaced with implants. I agreed and asked for a ballpark estimate. They scheduled a follow up appointment for cleaning but gave me no estimate. After cleaning they still had no estimate and did not schedule work on the infected bridge. Their excuse was that they were waiting on insurance. A month after my initial appt. I still have an abscessed and painful bridge. They only care about getting insurance money not patient care.

Went to this facility for the very first time on Thurs, and was so pleased to have been greeted by name. I was extremely nervous, but the STAFF was super sweet and helpful. I appreciate Dr Sword for his expertise on my upcoming treatments. I am no longer nervous. Now, I look forward to my next visit. Thank you guys so much.

Had to make an emergency appointment to look into some tooth pain. As a new patient I was able to make a same day appointment. Also every staff member was extremely courteous. I have a fear of dentists but i felt very comfortable here.

On one of my first appointments, Amy held my hand as I had a full-fledged panic attack. No judgment; just kind words, reassurance and encouragement. They worked with me over several appointments to get my anxiety levels under control, and now I am able to visit without a hint of anxiousness. The staff and Dr. Swords are the greatest, they make me and my brother feel so comfortable. We enjoy going to see them and they always welcome us with family greeting not just as patients.

I love this office, I have been going to Dr. Swords for about a total of 3 years. First visit my tooth broke, I had no insurance and he fixed it without costing an arm and a leg. Now I have insurance and usually visit once every other month. I have recently started taking my kids to Dr. Swords and they actually get excited about seeing the dentist. Everyone is so friendly and professional. I dont think I would ever go anywhere else.

I have never enjoyed going to the dentist until I came here. I had an impacted wisdom tooth and the first office I called couldnt see me for three weeks. Dr. Swords was able to see me the very next day! From the ladies at the desk to the ones in the back, everyone is so nice, they make sure youre comfortable at all times. The waiting room is literally the nicest one Ive ever seen, the couches are like clouds and they have a fridge with water and a Keurig for coffee and hot chocolate. Every chair in the rooms has a tv attached to it, so you dont get bored waiting (you dont have to wait long). I fully expected having my tooth removed would be painful, but I didnt feel anything! I absolutely recommend coming here!

I have anxiety through the roof.....they really make me feel same and do a great job with comfort dentistry....on top of being friendly they ensure my 30 year old self doesnt feel ridiculous being terrified.....always ensuring the experience is pain free....I have been in other offices who have no patience and this is the opposite!

I was always scared of a dentist but after going to dr Swords there isn’t any fear! I’ve had a lot of work done at his office! Had to have a few emergency visits and also after hours care! He is always there for his patients!!! Chris is absolutely wonderful!!! 2 root canals!! Never felt any kind of pain ! And never had a problem afterwards!! This is one of the best General dentist there is. I was so frightened to go and have a root canal and crown done. Dr. Swords was able to recomend me to a endo dontist to have my root canal and come back to him to have my crown I feel so much better now. I work at a pediatric dentist so any time a parent is looking for a dentist for themselves we are happy to recommend Dr. Swords. Him as well as his staff are so friendly and make the whole expierience easy as can be. Thank You Dr. Swords and staff for being so amazing!!!!
