If I could give Time Warner zero stars I would. I cancelled my services on 7/29. My billing cycle apparently ended on 7/28, so I was charged $85 for approximately 12 hours of internet services. I was not informed of this until my account was automatically charged at the end of August, nor was I given the option of utilizing the service until the end of August

If you have a choice, use another service. You will be astounded by the poor service and terrible product they provide. They are the most hated company in America for a reason.
