I had originally had a problem with Jifiti and Southwest Airlines. I wrote a scathing review about the company.I am revising my review. I had a wonderful customer service gentleman, who listened to my frustration and didn’t realize SW wasn’t honoring their company’s agreement.He allowed me to choose another gift certificate ( which was a bday present from my brother) and I received it promptly.Thank you for your prompt answer and resolution to my problem.S Simmons

Xmas gift never arrived, but money was taken out of my account. When inquired about in January, they told me that my purchase was suspicious and therefore issued me a refund. If my friend had not told me the gift never arrived, I would have never known. This was my last email to them.If you cancelled my order, why didnt you tell me? I didnt get a notification of any problem. Just a notification that you took money out of my account. Why did you wait for me to hear from the giftee that they never got anything in the mail and me having to track you down? Do you know how disappointing that is to a little girl and how it makes me look like a jerk? There was zero wrong with my card or my information. I bought my family a ton of stuff online this year and the one company I had problems with is your company. You best believe that this occurrence is going online in a review somewhere because it sounds like Im the one that got scammed.EDIT - adding another star because they showed decent customer service and contacted me after posting the review, telling me that the csr was incorrect in claiming it was an unknown security problem and that the error was that not enough info was given by the recipient and the request expired. The recipient told me that the page to fill in his info was confusing and had a weird vibe. It would have been best if the company had kept me informed of the situation since I had already paid for the item, but I did not get any emails about it until I asked.

I was given a gift card via Jifiti through American Greetings Ecards. They repeatedly would not allow me to redeem my gift card, did not reply to when I emailed customer service, but finally replied today (40 days later) that they will be refunding the original gifter the purchase amount. Too much hassle.

This review is pertaining to a job interview process. I interviewed for a position Had to go through 3 interviews total. The last daunting, analytical interview was with the VP of Operations Daniel Citron I was asked irrelevant questions not pertaining to the job description that was originally posted on Indeed. I wouldnt recommend applying to this company.

I received an instant gift through Amazon Evite through Jifitis service. I contacted (emailed) them on 7 separate occasions in regard to a gift that was purchased for me for my baby shower.They provided the wrong tracking information and have yet to update me on the status of the order. I still havent received the item and attempts to use their chat feature or calling them is always unsuccessful.Do not use instant gift through Evite if you can avoid it. Horrible customer service and they do not provide timely responses.

I received a gift on Jifitis Evite platform and it was a superb experience. Since Ive sent multiple gifts using Jifiti and never turned back!

I had a very unpleasant experience with Jiffiti. I purchased an e-gift card. The recipient of the card mentioned that the balance was there on that day, but disappeared later. Jiffiti was apathetic about it and mentioned that they are only concerned if the gift card had balance initially and they do not care if its lost later.Id strongly recommend not to purchase their gift cards. And , do not use evites as your bday event invitation portal, as that is the portal that suggested this gift card
