When my Eneloop C55 Quick Charger kit quit working in September after purchasing in July of 2018 I was instructed via email from Panasonic to mail the Charger kit and the batteries to their service center on Cargo Drive in Columbus, Ga for repair as it was still under warranty. I had to pay for the shipment of the charger with the batteries to get it repaired. I mailed it Oct 31, still have the receipt. I have called multiple Panasonic numbers to no avail, written back to the email address that sent me the instructions with no answers about the charger, I cant even give Panasonic a one star with a product they cant stand by!!! Am going to send a letter to the BBB also regarding. Now I am out the cost of the charger and the batteries plus the shipping plus lots of frustration over poor customer service.
