Bought a socket set deep impact 3/8th drive missing the 1/2 inch deep impact because my dealer exchanged for another customer who broke theirs that was 12/27/19 Ive been waiting 6 months for a socket first excuse was the tool show then the corona virus he went missing for 3 months gets back to my shop now to teach the new guy thats gonna run the truck. i gave up just bought it myself from macs website and going to trade in the hole set to snap on my rep never shows up maybe once a month and it takes more then 6 months to get a socket Im fine with almost paying double for snap on at least he is here every week and orders stuff within a week or two.

Am having delivery For MC Tools 4380 old robarts rd they don’t have any respect for human life.I ask them to have restrooms ,and answer was no no no we didn’t let other people use our restrooms.7am 3/15/2021

Had some disputes with the company but in the end they made things right.

Mac tools is the best, I have had to warranty many tools over the years and they always take good care of me .

Mac tool trucks and drivers are like Santa you hear of them and never see him. I have broken tools and cant find a truck called headquarter they said send them back at my $$ and they will decide if they will warrant them! 30 years ago there was a truck. They wont give me a number to get a driver near me.

Honestly wish I could say something better than Im disappointed. But after having 2 rachets blow their gears to pieces (one having been rebuilt 3 times) Id have to say MAC TOOLS is one of the worst tool brands to ever work with. My Kobalt set that Ive had for years has held up long then my Mac Tools have and Ive only had those rachets 3 months. 300 some odd dollars down the drain where I could just spent $28. Personally ill never buy from you again, and I hope noone is foolish enough to buy from this step up from third hand tool franchise.
