Horrible communication with customers. They claim to only communicate through email but fail to respond to any! I was told that I can cancel the program at any point, but cannot reach anyone to do so. I have emailed and called several times and have not spoken with anyone. I have tried to cancel for 2 months, and my bank account is consistently being charged.You do not want to deal with this headache!

They promise so much in the beginning then get you to sign up and assign you to a rep. I unfortunately got Jeaneen who NEVER answered a call or called back. When I tried to call and speak to her supervisor I was treated poorly like my business did not matter. I had to change my bank account information because they gave me such a hassle when my husband and I wanted to cancel. I warn you, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! The business did not respond.My fiance and I hired Buckeye Credit Services almost a year ago. They gave the usual 90 day guarantee. Well, I now work for a credit repair company, and I know first hand that there is absolutely no way that you can be guaranteed any kind of progress. If CreditNexus is being run anything like Buckeye Credit was, RUN RUN RUN.

This sounds great until they charge you the fee then send you the contract. It has nothing in it that Nick Rhue explained verbally, actually quite the opposite and states you cant dispute transactions with your bank for any reason...WOW really??? SCAM ALERT. So after refusing to sign contract and requesting refund ...i was screamed at and hung up on I disputed charges with my bank 2 weeks ago, today they charged me another 119.00 dollars with no permission and cleary disputing first charge..provided no services for these fees!! I never signed up with the credit report agency they told me i had to sign and pay another 39$ fee month for credit nexus to recieve my credit report.so almost 250$ in 2 weeks for nothing!! When i sent messages this morning about stealing money out of my account they responded they were contacting thier lawyer because i was slanderous and theft was a very serious accusation .Well what do you guys think??? STAYAway from this company!!! Btw on my bank statement it shows up as buckeye creditnot even same name!!! Scam

I had entrusted them to help me repair my credit and when I started seeing no results whatsoever I asked to get a copy of the dispute letters that were sent in I was told they did not send letters. They used software. Never heard of that. However on my action plan that had been provided to me on January third there was a settlement offer that had been sent. But no letters get sent right? So I proceeded to try and cancel. In which Nick Ruhe replied and asked why. I stated because I want to go a different route. And since I can’t post screenshots on here I will copy and paste what he said to me.Well, unfortunately as you can see in your agreement you do owe us the remaining balance of the 6 month program. If this is not paid we will be forced to place a collection on your credit and all deletions that we have gotten done will be place back on your credit - Nick Ruhe “President/owner”So tell me how it’s legal to place things that were “taken off” my credit can be magically put back on there. The remaining balance I can understand. But I asked to cancel and I got threatened. Nothing on my credit has been taken off or changed. The only reason any scores have gone up is because I’ve been making payments and doing it on my own. Which I should’ve done from the start. And the last message he sent was asking me if I’m doing this because I am in financial hardship and asking for the money back guarantee. In which I not one time asked for my money back. I am in no way shape or form in any finiancial hardship. So that being said. Stay away from this company. There is no such thing as software. And you are able to fix your credit on your own! Have some faith in yourselves folks.
