Better than FedEx, UPS USPS or any other local delivery service. Excellent customer service. Reasonable people. Highly endorsed! Not affiliated with them but use them all the time at my work.

Asked me to fill out a form to open account and then never opened my account and could not find my information. When I said I was disappointed they told me they have thousands of customers and I should look elsewhere for courier services. Defensive attitude. Unable to take a simple order without giving me the run-around.
