Had a great experience with my first PC repair. Mary and Mason were very attentive to my many questions. I was locked out of my Microsoft account. They were able to gain access to my PC, repair the operating systems files and I had a SSD upgrade that greatly improved boot up and operating performance. This companys name and brand is absolutely accurate! My daughter is getting ready to depart for college out of state early tomorrow a.m. and tonight we had a technical issue that I affectionately call the memory potentially lost and everything is frozen. As their brand statement says you should never be afraid to ask a tech question or feel silly that you dont know how to fix your computer. My daughter and I are helpless techies. Hurray, the Nice Guy co-owners not only fit us in with no notice, they put me and my nervous daughter at ease immediately, calmly walked us through the issue, remedied the issue and taught my daughter some things to do going forward while at college. While there I got to see all of their other services they offer including classes! Great to see this NICE business in Grandview Heights! well done!
