Ive been using ABC for all my desktop and laptop problems and upgrades for 3 to 4 years and I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISSAPOINTED IN THE WORK THEY DO AND THE PRICE THEY CHARGE.Ive recommended them, to a number of my friends. and they have also been happy with the service and cost.Ive taking my daughters laptop in for service and again great service at a reasonable cost.Instead of 5 stars, there should be 10 stars and Id give them everyone of them.Thanks,John Vinson

Awesome with good prices and awesome customer service! My laptop wouldnt power on and it took about two weeks for everything but it was well worth the wait and he did everything he said he would do and then some. I did notice he was busy by the way the phone kept ringing the entire time I was there. The store closes at 4pm but he stayed over until 6pm just so I could pick my laptop up! Then the price he quoted me is what he charged me so he is a man of his word. This is the one and only place Ill go from now on for any computer issues. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs technical help.

Good service at a great price.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. However, I gave them two different laptops on two different occasions and neither of them were repaired.They held on to one of the computers for months waiting for parts to be delivered, and when I inquired about the repair they told me they couldnt get the parts. And worse yet, the charger I left with my device disappeared while in their care.They very well may do good work, but they havent done any for me.

A computer repair shop in Columbus Indiana. The charges are reasonable and inspection is done free of cost. Helped me recover data from a crashed old laptop. Staff is helpful and prompt with communication of repair status. Overall, would definitely recommend this local businesses.

I called to try to arrange for a gaming laptop to be looked at. The woman who answered the phone did not seem to want to help me and was very dismissive. I told her I was confused as to why she was answering the phones, if she could not get me an appointment. She proceeded to tell me that she could not help me for my confusion. Terrible customer service and professionalism. If there was an opportunity to leave zero stars I would.

I have an unwanted computer that I was told to bring in so they could price to buy. Guy who worked there proceeded to tell me I have trust issues because I wasnt willing to give my computer to him for FREE to sell and then (probably not) give me the money they earned from selling it. This is not the first time Ive encountered them trying to get something for nothing, and getting upset when a customer says no. Terrible service, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE IN COLUMBUS, IN!!
