We have used Master Clean before, so we knew to expect good service. Kevin and Van arrived during the time frame given, were friendly and courteous and got right to work. They did a fantastic job on our couch. We thought there were worn spots that actually turned out to be deep seated dirt. They made the couch look like new. The did their normal great job and on the carpets, finished in a very reasonable time and made sure to give us proper instructions on how long to let the carpet dry and when to put furnishings back in place. Would definitely use these guys again and will continue using Master Clean in the future.

I am updating my original review after speaking with Master Clean. I will adjust it further once the corrected mistakes are finished. I do appreciate the level of customer service that has been provided up to this point. I am just not happy with the initial carpet cleaning. Ive heard multiple excuses as to why it was not done right. I wish they would just accept that sometimes things go wrong instead of trying to dismiss my concerns.

We have used Master Clean multiple times! Today we had them out to clean the tile in our kitchen, entryway and 1/2 bath. I must say, I am REALLY impressed. Ryan and Ricky showed up early and gave a detailed explanation of what they were going to do. They even let me see the progress midway through and I was blown away. My house is 24 years old and the tile had never been professionally cleaned. I can say that now the grout is back to being white!! Thanks so much!!!!

Ryan with master clean came out to clean our brushed concrete floor. We have had a cleaner come regularly but they just weren’t getting the floors clean enough and able to get up the tough grime and dirt that was caked to them from dogs and our young children over the past couple years. Using Masterclean and their professional equipment got the job done. Ryan cleaned the floor and then polished it and it’s looking as good as the day we moved in. He was very respectful of our home and explained what he did while here. We are very satisfied with the results.

Just bought a house and needed the air ducts done. Had Corey come out very polite and answered all my questions. The job took with setup and tear down around 2.5 hrs could tell he really cared about his job. I had taken before pictures and once I saw what was the after I was shocked they looked brand new. I hired Master Clean two weeks ago to surprise my best friend who is due to have a baby this month. I was nervous not being from the area and not being familiar with any of the companies. My initial contact with the company helped to ease my fears. The lady who answered the phone was courteous and made scheduling the appointment easy. I explained I Was only visiting for a short time and needed to have the carpet cleaning done as soon as possible. she understood and was very accommodating. My appointment was scheduled for the following day. The service tech showed up on time. clean and professional. 3 rooms of carpet cleaned and deodorized as well as a large area rug. Job was completed in a timely fashion. The service tech ( I think his name is Ryan ) went out his way to carry a rocking chair to the nursery for my friend. The carpets and rugs look brand new .Thank you Master Clean for helping me to be able to surprise my friend. She was thrilled with the results.

This was our first experience using Master Clean and Ryan and Cody were awesome! They explained things well and made recommendations that were helpful. They did a great job cleaning our carpets and were quick and efficient. Ryan was great too at explaining all the different services that Master Clean offers. We will definitely have them back to clean the carpets and to do some of the other services they offer!

First time customer - adequate service. Professional/friendly guys who came out was strongest part. However, for one room, the door was clearly not closed to be cleaned behind it and detail around door hinges/corners was missed (just got on my own hands and knees to get them). If you are fine with that, then as I said, service is adequate.

My experience with Master Clean Ohio was amazing. I called to ask how everything was going to work and they were very attended to my questions. The service was very quick and efficient, my carpets smell excellent now. The work team was really professional and caring with my stuff. The price for the service was good compared to others companies that offer the same service a bit more expensive. Having 3 dogs and 4 cats plus 4 kids and a man, Ive used Master Clean at least twice a year for at least 15 years. The same lady answers the phone when I call to schedule. Initially, you just let them know if you want a morning or an afternoon appointment. On the day of the appointment, someone will call you between 7-7:30am to give you a two hour window of when they will be at your house. They always do a great job.The carpet always looks like new when the guys are finished. I rarely have to have furniture moved but theyll do it if needed. Today I had Cody. He did 4 areas by himself. Always very nice and friendly, Master Clean is my go to place to keep my carpets looking great.

I have had nothing but top notch service from these guys. I will never use anyone else. They dont move a lot of stuff but thats not their job, they are supposed to clean carpet and clean they do. Their system gets the water hot, hot HOT and it is more powerful cleaning as a result. Dont waste your time on anyone else, use Master Clean and get it done right the first time. (and no I did not get paid to write this, I really do love Master Clean, they are awesome).

I called Master Clean to schedule an appointment today for the cleaning of my carpets. I had a bad experience the last time that I had used them. One of their technicians had broken a large decorative pot in front of my third car garage door with his hose. When I brought it to his attention with the hose clearly wrapped around the pot he told me he didnt do it. I had him call his office and I spoke to a office manager who told me to have the pot replaced then send her the receipt and deduct it off of the amount owed. That sounded like a fair solution to the problem and is exactly what I did. Never heard from anyone again and the carpet cleaning was done very well. So to my surprise when I tried to schedule an appointment with them today I was told by the scheduling staff that I was on the No Service List. I guess thats fine just scheduled with a competitor of theirs. Very bad business practice.

Work without customer service - After having my carpets cleaned (which seemed to be a good job) - I discovered an old floor lamp I had upstairs had been moved and the base had fallen apart. No one mentioned this to me before they left. When I called the company - I stated that I didnt want anything in the way of compensation or a refund - I was just surprised by the lack of the honesty and customer service. I asked for the manager to be contacted and informed of the occurrence. When he was unavailable I asked for him to call me. No one ever returned my call. Very unprofessional.

I had Master Clean clean carpets for my rental property in June. The new tenant moved in, and did not think I had cleaned the carpet. She rented a carpet cleaner from Giant Eagle and proceeded to re-clean the carpet. The pictures I have attached show how much dirt and filth se removed from the carpet THAT WAS ALREADY CLEANED BY MASTER CLEAN. Needless to say, I was upset and embarrassed. I had to show my tenant the invoice so she would believe me when I told her the carpet was professionally cleaned.I will not use Master Clean in the future for my other rentals. I may not even use a professional carpet cleaner at all, if renting a carpet cleaner from the store does a more thorough job.FYI...that is not a backed to toilet. That is what my tenanted dumped into the toilet after she cleaned the carpet. Both pics show the dirt and grime that came from the carpets.Im very disappointed in the job that Master Clean completed, especially for a company that won a Consumers Choice Award in 2016.

We had a lot of issues with Master Clean that left me quite dissatisfied with their customer service, and, the missing of two scheduled appointments.Issue 1:We had scheduled their service for Saturday afternoon on August 26th, 2017.In preparation for Saturday afternoon, we moved all of the furniture and knickknacks in the affected areas. Then, an hour before they were due to arrive, they called and said they had a truck breakdown and couldnt make it.I had to put all of the furniture and nick knacks back. A major impact to our Saturday and, not getting the carpets cleaned.Issue 2:We rescheduled the carpet cleaning for the following Friday (Sept 1st) for the afternoon. I received a call from them early that morning stating that they wouldnt arrive until the evening. Now a major impact to our evening which we had not planned on. Which killed any dinner plans we could have had.You would think that after causing major impact to us by not showing up for the first scheduled service, they would have really bent over backwards and taken care to make sure they made the second appointment as scheduled. They gave us, despite what we went through the first time, NO consideration. They took care of other customers first.If I were the manager, I would have clean the carpets for free and made sure I cleaned them at the convenience of the customer. they didnt even do the later.Issue 3:I sent Master Clean a complaint regarding the service, or lack there of regarding both missed service times.And Master Clean remained consistent with their bad customer service.To date, they have not felt the need to respond in any way!!!I will be warning all our friends on FaceBook as well.

Had Masterclean come and clean my carpets and furniture yesterday. They did a wonderful job. The employees, David and Karon were so nice and polite as well as doing an amazing job. So glad I chose Masterclean.

These people are RUDE. I called today to schedule an estimate to have the vents/ducts cleaned at one of my rental properties. The woman who answered the phone informed me that they do not schedule specific time appointments but, rather, I could request a date and someone would either come there before noon or after noon. Great, so I only need to waste half a day waiting for someone to come and give me an estimate!I explained to her that I live about 45 minutes away from the rental and that I would need a more specific time to meet someone there and that I had used Master Clean previously and had, in fact, been able to schedule an appointment. She simply could not believe this was true and berated me about how their company has NEVER set an appointment for a specific date and time. After lecturing me about how busy they are and how many estimates they do, she asked in a very rude tone if I would like to schedule a day or not. I decided to go with another company.
