This location USED to have a very friendly, kind, and helpful staff. BUT, within the last month or two it has been a totally different experience. The new staff makes me feel like I am inconveniencing THEM!!!!!?? Isnt this their job to help the customer, help with any questions, and make them feel comfortable? Smh! The only person working there that is still kind, patient, and helpful now is the tall gentleman that has been there for a little while. One convenient thing is that I can call and make a payment, which I would much rather do now that I feel like I am an inconvenience. But the last time I called I was put on hold for 20 minutes. I understand that they may have been busy, but a little heads up or letting me know after 5 or 10 minutes of being on hold, they could have told me that they were very busy and sorry for the long wait. But again, I felt like an inconvenience. Its a shame that nobody wants to work, be kind, or help anyone anymore since this whole COVID thing happened. Which is the reason I came here in the first place, (because of COVID I needed a little help) which is already embarrassing.

Lisa is the manager I’m pretty sure and she’s great. She’s always there and is super helpful. I don’t need cash often but when I’m in a dilemma, I come here and love seeing Lisa there. The other employees are okay. They could probably be a little nicer but at the same time I understand how frustrating their job duties may be. I think the people who are giving bad reviews either messed something up in the process and just didn’t pay back on time or didn’t get approved at all. This place is great and don’t let the negative reviews derail you from getting help from them.

The two employees that work March 12 2021 in the afternoon are so difficult and disrespectful. They are the worst people 🙄 i have ever encountered. I tried to explain my situation to them but those two women deliberately refused to understand why I needed the loan. After I showed them my proof of employment, they still refused to give me the loan. The manager and that female associate are a bad representation of that company. They need to get rid of them, otherwise the business will continue to get disgruntled customers and negative feedbacks. I really regret 😪 dealing with those women. Iam pretty sure 👍 lots of customers must have gotten similar experiences 🙄

I pass this place everyday and the building and parking lot is normally filled to capacity. I visited for the first time, today. Walked in...no line and was properly greeted by Autumn. She was very friendly and helpful.However, I dont agree with the check cashing fees. I took my minor children there to cash their (very small) pay checks. One child had 2 checks for $5 each. She was charged $3 per check. For checks that small I wouldve thought a 1% fee would have been charged. Im going to look into it.My 4 star rating was definitely for the great customer service I received.

They call WAY too much... several times before your payment is even due, just to remind you that your payment is due. I have never NOT paid them, and yet they insist on calling at least twice a week to remind me of my due date.Also, they have no way to pay online or over the phone, so you have to physically drag yourself there every single time you want to make a payment. Its exhausting and super OUTDATED. I hope I never have to borrow again. (They get two stars instead of one because most of the staff is very friendly and helpful.)(Please stop calling me!!!)

I wish i could give negative number for the service s this place. if u can help it please stay away from this place the reps are rude as hell. you will stand in line for 20 mins while there are 3 to 5 workers in the back not going a dam thing but sitting there laughing n talking bout the cuatoners standing in line. BEWARE ON GOING TO THIS BUSINESS!!

Ive been coming here for a few years but today the customer service was horrible...the whole time I was being helped the girl waiting on me was talking about a TV show to the other cashier the whole entire time
