Fantastic service from the start. I used Steam Master Services and was blown away by their professionalism and price. I have used big name companies in the past, who quoted me one fee in order to get in the door, but always added extra fees at the end. SME was true to their word with their quote, and did not pull a bait and switch. They were extremely professional from the first phone call and throughout their visit. They were able to remove tough stains and odors from several of our rugs and upholstered living room furniture that I never imagined would come after years of tough love from our three dogs! My husband and I were also ready to replace our dryer but after having SME clean the dryer vent it is back and working great! Hands down the best experience I have had with a carpet cleaning company. They are my go-to for now on!
