Best Carpet Cleaning EVER! They cleaned my office building over the weekend at a great price. Then they came to my house a resolved my crazy spotted capet. It looks brand new! And the price was amazingly affordable!

I SET UP AN 8 AM APPOINTMENT WITH THESE PEOPLE RIGHT. I LOOK OUT THE WINDOW AND SEE THEY ARE THERE SO MEANWHILE I AM MOVING FURNITURE SO THEY CAN HAVE AN EASIER TIME CLEANING MY CARPET. 20 MINUTES LATER I LOOK OUT THE WINDOW AND THE VAN IS GONE. I CALL AND ASK WHAT HAPPENED THE LADY SAID THEY KNOCKED AND NO ONE ANSWERED SO THEY LEFT A CARD ON THE DOOR. NO ONE KNOCKED THEY SAT OUTSIDE, SNUCK UP THE STAIRS AND DROPPED A CARD OFF SO THEY COULD GET OUT OF WORK. THAT IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL THING I HAVE WITNESSED IN A LONG TIME I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

^^^^^^^^ In this incident the man did not hear the door, However he did call the office and I did explain to him that they knocked and waited for a reply but no answer. I did offer him a later time for the technicians to come back, but he denied the service. Our policy is that we do give our customers a 15 minute grace period and if no one shows up or what ever the case may be we do stick a card the door to let you know we did come out. Unfortunately we do not try to get out of work because this is how our technicians get paid. I do apologize for the inconvenience as I did do over the phone. This is how we make our living and we are here to satisfy our customers needs.Thanks Office manager.
