I had another company set up to clean our carpets only to have them push us back after we moved everything off the carpets. I called around until I found MCT Carpet Care. The one of the owners answered the call and came out personally to take care of us. The team was quick to get to work and finished our five areas in record time. They are a small family owned business and it really shows in the care they are able give to their clients. They will be my first call when I need carpet cleaning again.

Carpets were in desperate need of cleaning, they had dye stains from blueberry applesauce, wine stains, and any number of spills our two year old made. Service was fast, and super nice. My carpets look new again. couldnt be happier.

This company was amazing. I called and they answered. They were quick, courteous and friendly. My technician John listened to my concerns and addressed them during the end of the walk through. Some stains that I thought couldnt be removed were removed. Even some paint stains were removed. We hired MCT Carpet to clean 3 rooms and we are so glad we contacted them! They are affordable and very professional plus the whole process didnt take too long. The carpet took about a half day and overnight to dry though. They even run their steamer on our area rug at no cost before leaving the premise. Payment is a breeze too because they accept credit/debit card while onsite.

I decided to finally have the carpets in my home cleaned. After considering all the different carpet cleaners in the Columbus area I chose to use mct carpet care and thankfully I picked a great company. After talking to many of my friends and hearing all the bad experiences they have had with their carpet cleaners I was worried but not no more. What a great carpet cleaning company I would give a 10 star if I could. Today me and my son was painting his bedroom and he spilled a hole gallon of blue paint on our new carpet !!WOW!! And its Sunday morning I called a few different companys with no luck then I found mct carpet cares website they answered the phone I told them about my emergency situations and even through they aint technically open on Sunday they didnt hesitate to send someone out to my home to help me. Not all of the paint came out but you can barely tell it even happened thank you very saved my day
