My home location is Veterans and Whitesville, machines break down and they close due to weather when the sun is shining. Too often!!

Before they run your vehicle into the car wash they should also have assistant brush on top of roof of vehicle. I paid for the max package and there were so many places on my car that didn’t receive any attention from their machine.

Their service are always great. However I have recently done their 21 dollar Wash wheel and wax service. Its amazing. Help make your cars look new.

Quick and car was clean. The vacuum cleaner could use a little more power.

Worker on duty, offered assistance. I only washed my car. Next time I will vacuum the inside. I really appreciated the help.

Was able to do what I needed to do here. The automated mat cleaner was my favorite part!! The vacuum suction could use some help but with be mat cleaner it makes it easier anyways. I enjoyed the employees uniforms with the red bowties and white button ups.

This Location is amazing every one was so friendly and the manager always does a good job.

When I visited, they were replacing some of the vacuums. I sure hope they work better than the washer brushes. My care was still dirty after the wash cycle. I also bought a membership that I will be canceling. Its nlt worth $29 a month.

You get a great car wash just for $7. You also get free vacuum.

This is a horrible car wash! They half wipe down your car before proceeding into the actual car wash. The vacuum cleaners are such a disgrace, never works properly! This place will never get my money again!

Employees are very friendly and respectful the car wash is awesome.

I went yesterday morning and the guys there didn’t even scrub the outside of my truck at all. The car wash sucked but the vacuum did not, literally. I had sand in my vehicle and it didn’t not get any of it up. When I grabbed the vacuum there was something wet that dropped out so I had to move to another one that still did not work. It was a waste of my time and money.

Horrible service, they broke my backpack by attempting to snatch it out of my truck and will not replace it. They have completely ignored my request along with my managers. They denied breaking it when every bit of it is on camera. They stopped the entire wash because of this. I do not recommend this place. Its about integrity at this point and the employee who broke it, the manager on duty Alex, nor the owner will make this right. What a horrible place of honesty. I had to pay out of my pocket to fix this and will never use them again. Tidal Wave goes above and beyond!

The car was not cleaned, it still had red clay on it. The vacuum had no sucsion, we are a steady customer of yours, but I think we want be back

Did get tire shine somethings always broken not working

Paid 8$ more to get the rims but yet I still had to clean them myself

Customer service is great. Everyone is very friendly. My complaints are that 1) my vehicle still was covered in soap & wasn’t thoroughly rinsed off 2) the vacuums always have absolutely horrible suction which renders them entirely useless.

The only problem is the blower does not dry your vehicle all the way but thats why they provide a role of paper towels for you to dry it.

I think they could do better with keeping the parking lot cleaner. There was only one place to get paper towels to clean my windows...quite an inconvenience. The spray bottle of Windex had to be watered down. The staff saved this review for me. They were nice and helpful.

It is a excellent spot to be and there is plenty of room for cars I take both of my truck is there all the time

Sometimes they brush off the tires and I guess sometimes they dont. The day I went they didnt but they charged me the same price.

The car got clean but vacuum not gear suction ans sometimes was blaring what they considered music.... and No air fresheners

I showed up at 12 min after 8 and they still where not open they told me qbout 15 more min so not opening at the time it says open

Normally they do a good job, But this time my car was dirty when it came out.i went back thru and they prewashed it, was better, but still diry in some spots. No more time to waste, so I just left
