Went there for a wash and wax. Both lanes said open, but would not take my debit card. No attendant in duty. Was bummed.

Im so mad. The Ultimate $12 wash is practically the basic. I tried to ask whoever was working here at the time some questions since its my first time ever going to a car wash in Columbus and he IGNORED ME!! And didnt even bother to tell me the second vacuum machine didnt work at all. I cant believe people actually bother to come here. 0/10The machines are nicer than the people. 8/10 for the machines just doing their jobs.

Could not use credit card also only had one bay other one broke

If there was an option for no stars this is what youd get! $12 for ultimate car wash just to have low pressure water sprayed somewhat on my car. Plus when I called you said you be there in 20 minutes. Well I waited over 30 minutes for a no show! Oh and better yet now you wont answer my phone calls! Ill be disputing this change with my bank!

I just paid for two basis car washes, $12 in total. The first time through the machine didnt spray any water on my car at all, it just rubbed at the dirt. I tried to call the help number and it went straight to voicemail, so I tried again at the other lane. Second time through it only sprayed water on my car, no soap, and then the dryers never came on. Zero stars.

Been going there for years

I purchased the ultimate car wash for my F150 (also have a cap over the bed). I did NOT get the undercarriage wash, no wheel blast, hot & foamy what?, those nylon brushes are NOT soft touch - they grab onto everything, and I did not get the triple foam.The vacuum is decently priced for $1.Im very dissatisfied, although my truck is cleaner than it was.Face it folks: theres only one way to get a decent job to wash a car or truck...you guessed it - by hand.Ill NEVER GO BACK!

Under new management! Soft touch car wash. And it is FREE for one week. Can’t believe it. But it is TRUE. My car looks really good 😀 . Keep up the good work. I will be back.

I am here right now, I paid $10.00 for the deluxe car wash and went through the car wash and nothing was done to my car! Please take my warning, this car wash will take your money! A complete waste of my $10.00. I pulled over just to write this review so hopefully other people wont get scammed like I just was.

Great vacuums

First time going the wash stopped halfway. Had to manually open exit door because it locked me in. I have frozen soap all over my vehicle never going back
