They were amazing! I called to ask them to come out to make a repair to my roof and do a roof inspection. Highly recommend! I had a leak in my roof that became significantly worse and noticable with all this rain weve been having. So, I gave Keith a call.After meeting with Keith, I did not bother getting additional estimates because he; answered all my questions, knew my price range for my neighborhood, I saw the quality of work on my friends house, and he was genuine in assisting me with the decision-making.The day came for the new roof, it when flawlessly. The roofing crew used tarps to collect any debris from falling in the lawn and flower beds, which is important to me because I do not want anyone to step on a nail. When I went up on the roof to check things out the foreman explained to me the changes I requested and the necessary updates. By the end of the day, everything was as if they were not there minus the new roof.In my opinion, 614 Exteriors is second to none. Keith is a constant professional.

Sean came out to conduct a roof inspection after I had new gutters installed and I found water dripping off the soffit after recent rain. I thought I had issues with the shingles. I was beyond impressed with Sean and his professionalism. He didnt try to sell me anything and gave me honest feedback that Im still in good shape and my roof has years left of life in it. He discovered what was likely causing water to get behind the gutters and was kind enough to make some adjustments to the drip edge to hopefully fix that issue. They were awesome! This was my first time needing a roof and they were patient with me with all my questions and payment. Super understanding with how it all works. The roof was on before I could send them anything. They assisted me with my insurance. I would definitely do business with them again.

Excellent communicators. I had asked to price vent repairs. They performed and inspection of the roof, offered advice. Was able to provide me an approximate number for requested repair. Scheduled the work and let me know what date that would be by the next day. Price did not change. Field team came out did the work in great time. Will call them back when time for roof replacement.

Called to schedule an estimate and stated we were willing to wait months for work but the owner was extremely rude and hung up the phone on us. Awful. He told us he is not taking on any new work or customers. He didnt even ask if we wanted to be put on a waitlist, and he didnt care about us at all. If this is how he treats people on the first phone call, I cannot even imagine what actually working with him would be like. Extremely rude - we do not recommend. Weve talked to many other companies who are also booked out and experiencing the same roofing/siding supply shortages and they spoke with us more professionally. If you are experiencing personal or professional issues with supplies, dont take it out on your customers. Its not our fault. Be kind.

First time needing a new roof.. Keith and Keri were so nice and willing to answer all of my (probably dumb) questions and really took the time to thoroughly explain every little thing to me. We had a lot of inspections and quotes and ultimately chose 614 exteriors because of their easy to read/broken down quote and friendly vibes. Our rental company will definitely be using them again in the future (if and when we need another new roof or roof repairs). I highly recommend getting them out for a free inspection.

I dont normally write reviews for anything. But, needed to comment on work done recently. Had roof issues with flashing that other companies had repaired. Problems kept coming back. But 614 Exteriors was able to really fix the issues. Unusual soffit damage from critters- thought they would need to tear out 20 feet of soffit to repair; but Keith went out of his way to find matching soffit and make the repair without tearing out the rest; looks brand new. Roof damage from critters was an easy repair for them too. Really professional organization. Great customer service: Follow-up from Keri is amazing. No job was too small. You will be happy working with this company: Great people.

I had roof damage from a storm and Keith and his guys did a great job through the whole process of replacing the roof. They even threw in some free extras (bathroom venting), and got it all done in one day! Great work!

I noticed some shingles on the grown after a some heavy winds. They came out and did an inspection. They were very clear about what was still good and what needed repair/replaced. They told me they would work with my insurance company. In no time my insurance company informed me how much they would cover and I hired them to replace the roof. In my case it was shingle and the wood under it. I had know this was needed. (i had priced this with other companies and they were very competitive). The team showed up in the morning and by mid afternoon i had the new roof and the cleaned up after themselves very well.A few weeks later I decided to have my gutters and downspouts replace (badly needed) with gutter guard. Again the pricing was competitive and they showed up and were done withing a few hours. Clean up was again well done. I did have to call them back as they missed one downspout bottom and a back section of the gutter guard. It took a couple tried but they did get this done. I believe they dont do the gutters themselves, instead contract it out. My only suggestion is someone from 614 come check the work after it is done to avoid these mistakes.

I live in an older house in South Bexley. Over the past 10 years, I’ve done a lot of home improvement projects and worked with many different contractors.This summer, we decided to complete a series of curb appeal projects including tear down of an ugly awning over our front door, epoxy finish on our cracked/chipped concrete porch and new paint for the exterior. I also wanted to fix our leaky gutter and improve the drainage above our front porch.I submitted an inquiry on the 614Exteriors website asking for an onsite consultation. The very next day, Keith responded and scheduled a time for a visit. Keith not only responded within 24 hours, he did so on a Sunday! Talk about a fast response time.When Keith arrived onsite, he quickly diagnosed the source of the leaking gutter. It was the helmet style gutter guards that the previous home owner had installed. Keith recommended removing the gutter guards since they were doing more harm than good in this case. Other contractors might have tried to sell me on a new gutter to make a sale, but Keith was focused on finding the most cost effective solution to the problem.We then took a look at the gutters above my porch. The current gutter system was not well designed and he suggested a better drainage strategy and explained how it would work.During the inspection, he noticed several damaged shingles on my roof. Keith explained that I might be eligible for a new roof and offered to help me navigate the process of submitting an insurance claim.Over the next several weeks, Keith demonstrated excellent customer service and support. After my insurance company accepted my claim, Keith got his roofing crew scheduled for work very quickly. The crew did an incredible job and we are very pleased with how the roof turned out.There was a delay in getting our new porch gutters and flashing installed due to the amount of work Keith already had on the schedule. But, once it was scheduled, the work was done and done well. I did find a couple of issues after the initial installation. But, Keith was super responsive and got his gutter guy back out to my house to address the outstanding issues.Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience working with Keith and 614Exteriors. And, I highly recommend his team for your roofing and gutter needs.

His team was quick to get to the job and the roof turned out wonderfully. Unfortunately we had a relatively large tree limb fall on the roof about a week after the roof was replaced. I let Keith know and he came out same day to take a look while the limb was still on the roof. he thought we escaped without damage, but to ensure that was the case, he came back out after the limb was removed by the tree company, reinspected and confirmed we were all good. Aside from the tree limb, the whole experience was great thanks to Keith and his team! We will certainly use 614 Exteriors for any future outdoor home improvements.

The best Home Improvement Company I have done business with. The customer service and communication was phenomenal. 1) Exteriors Home Improvement is a honest and reliable company. Pictures of the damages were given with the estimated cost of repair; 2) I felt the quote given was fair. I really liked the fact there was no pressure or sale gimmicks. The company pride themselves in their work only. I was not coerced with a sales presentation comparing themselves to other companies; 3) Integrity was demonstrated. Although the company used a finance company, they were honest about some of the terms and Tyler was open to my thoughts concerning other avenues to finance the project. However, he Let me make my decision; 4) The company was able to start and complete the project in a timely manner. Also, I employees did not get in the middle of the project then reported other damages/expenses that were not included in the estimate, needed in order to complete the job; 5) The quality of the work was superior. The overall job was appealing; and 6) The day before the job, I was informed to clear personal property from the worksite for protection and they cleaned up all debris, materials and etc. oh I forgot to include, I did not pay for a surplus of materials. Previous companies have left me with surplus of materials that I couldn’t return and there wasn’t enough to give away or use for another project. It was such a waste of money. Tyler Crowe stands behind his work and I had a very positive experience with this company. In a couple of years I plan to have my house resided and Exterior Home Improvement is already hired for the job! I highly recommend this company. We had some minor leaks in one room of our house, and had 3 companies come out to look at it. The first two were trying to sell a entire roof replacement, but then there was Keith. Keith sent Josh out to look at our issue, and he was able to point out some areas of concern that could be fixed fairly easy. Keith called me while he was on vacation out of state to see what I needed in regards to my roof repair. I had a a large tree branch pierce my roof during a windstorm and there was other damage that needed addressed. As soon as he was back in town, Keith and Tyler came to my house and assessed the situation. My claims adjuster had already been out, but Keith found many other issues that he felt the insurance should cover (which they agreed to). Today, I had my beautiful new roof put on, along with a new gutter and fascia in the front. The crew worked so quickly; there was a team of 8 and they were phenomenal! In less than 8 hours, I had a new roof and then shortly after that, the gutter crew came and installed the new gutter. I have never worked with a contractor who was so professional and attentive to details! The crew came out and made sure everything was covered with tarps and protected. They were very careful about everything they did. When they left, youd never would have known theyd been there. Id highly recommend 614 exteriors for any roofing or gutter needs you might have. You wont find a better company to work with. They show up when they say they will and they do an excellent job!

Tyler and Keith killed it! Tore off my existing slate roof and replaced with shingle. $2000 less than the nearest bid for a job like that.. Keith from 614 Exteriors is awesome. My insurance company wanted only to repair 2 of the 5 sections of my roof. Keith worked with the adjuster and convinced him that he was wrong about the other sections not being weather damaged. He got them to do the entire roof. He is amazing. Keith, the owner, is a hot head! Before I signed a contract with him, he was yelling at me on the phone because I had done research into the quality of siding. Tyler, an employee from HIS company, wrote in an email that they use 0.4 gauge siding. While on the phone with Keith, he said they used the best at .044 thickness. That made no sense to me and I asked for clarification. He excepted me to trust him and not do my own research on the quality of siding. This is when he proceeded to degrade and yell at me. I would avoid Keith and his company entirely.

Keith was very professional and knowledgeable during the bid phase. My wife and I were both comfortable contracting him to perform the work. Keith came in with an amazing price and beat his estimate time by nearly 50%! In a heartbeat, without a thought, Id use Keith again for any roofing project.

My experience with 614 was exemplary and they took the time to detail the work and walk me through everything. I would recommend them to others and plan to use them again in the near future. I would have given a five star review, but it was difficult coordinating work with them. In addition, he was prompt to get started, finished within the timeframe he promised (except when weather didn’t permit), and made excellent recommendations about the products that would best suit our home.614 Exteriors did a complete tear off of our existing roof, roof replacement, and custom installation of seamless gutters with gutter guards.
