I do not use the internet much and sometimes its over whelming for me. So with her patience she is helping me write a review. Everyone at ARC Columbus is very nice and always willing to help. Even with my little small little jobs. Christy is very helpful I can not thank her enough.

I came in for my 12pm appointment at 11:55am and immediately received service after a warm welcome. Service was quick and detailed, getting me out of the appointment by the start time of 12pm.I walked out feeling good, but I locked my keys in my car 🙁 The staff or Arc saw me struggling and came out to offer me AAA unlock services free of charge 🥺I was pleased with the service, but things like this show the character around here!! I appreciate the amazing customer service provided to me today and I will ALWAYS refer my friends to Arc Printing Solutions!!!

Arc is an amazing company to do business with. They always meet my order deadlines no matter how fast I may need the prints or signage. Their quality control is exactly what I need for every project. Each employee is friendly and willing to work with me to make sure I am satisfied with every order I place. I have nothing but positive things to say about them after the 3+ years we have been doing business.

I went to 3 UPS and 2 FedEx stores to get some prints, they either could not print the size I needed or there was a 3 hour wait. I drove to Arc and they gave my prints in 10 minutes at a 3rd of the cost
