I didnt get their work done in my home but met one of their workers yesterday when I was broke down on the side if the road .. I had a flat tire when a gentleman pulled over and asked if I needed a hand and I believe he said his name was Chuck if Im not mistaken! But anyway to make a long story short this nice young man changed my tire and when I tried to pay him for his kindness he absolutely refused to take the money!! So from the bottom of my heart I want to say Thank you Chuck for being such a kind man for helping me out ! And If this company hires people like this then they must be a great Company

Very quick and easy purchase of a new shower door!

We just purchased a new home in Delaware, Ohio. Swan freedom was the company who put in the shelves, the glass shower walls, and the mirrors. I would like to compliment The professionalism and pride of one particular worker named Chuck. He was committed to doing everything perfectly. The shelves are straight, strong and supported on studs, the shower stall is beautiful, And the mirrors are secure, centered, and straight. Thank you very much Chuck, for helping to make our new home feel more like home. All of the special touches and your thoughtfulness meant a great deal to us.

In September 2016 we had Swan Glass install a glass door in our new condo shower. After a while (during the warranty period), they had to come back and reinstall the door.Last winter, I assume due to bad design (winter & summer), the door would not close completely. I called Swan Glass, but since it was out of warranty, they would not fix the problem. I had to take the door off the hinges and reassemble it. Now, summer, I have the same issue. I wish the width of the door would be 1/16 narrower taking into account walls shifting with temperature changes.I will not recommend Swan Glass to anyone.

Swan was great. My 6 year old shower door was no longer level due to plastic sleeve hinge breaking. I called a competitor who came out and said I needed to replace the door along with surrounding frame for $750-1000 which I didnt understand why the shower frame would need replaced.I then called Swan and they asked me to look up on the building plans which shower was installed, they said its most definitely the plastic sleeve that broke and for $320 they would have somebody come out and install an entire new shower door since it would cost just as much in time for them to fix the original door. 2 people came out a week later with a new shower door and literally 15 minutes later they were done and it works great.I could not be happier.

We wanted a frameless shower enclosure but were told that the opening would be 4 inches less than the 28 inch opening we had, so we went with option B: the description on our quote said has a lot more framing but leaves the full door space open. True on the amount of framing, overkill comes to mind, but false on the door space, there is only a 25 inch opening. This was our misunderstanding so I would recommend getting exact drawings and measurements before purchasing from this company. The pictures on their website are not helpful. On the bright side, the installers did a nice job and in the event of a tornado we dont have to run to the basement we can just hunker down in the shower.
