Columbus Glass did such wonderful, clean work. They did glass block in my garage, 2 bathrooms and 8 windows in my basement. I will definitely consider them for future projects. They cleaned up everything once they were done no glass anywhere. They were, also, very patient and professional with me as I made changes on the way. Thanks Columbus Glass for a job well done

CGB fixed this over 100 year old window in my basement. What was there before was indescribable. They came out and did a fair quote no questions asked. The sales person was very friendly. I now have a beautiful window that lets in light and ventilation. It took them only 1 hour to install. The price was more than competitive. Highly recommend!

Tech came into the office (the job was at a different building) and treated me like I was the one in the wrong when I told him there wasnt a repair request in this office. Just unnecessarily rude

Father son team did great. Work was done in Dec and wanted to see with see if weather proof. During the many rains since it has done well. Again great father son team. On time, finished on time and great Work.

I contacted Columbus Glass Block for some old windows that were in the basement of my Merion Village home. Windows appeared to be original from 1926 so of course they didnt work that great. Columbus Glass Block came out and did an amazing job. I am very happy that I can now properly ventilate my basement. Not to mention the great light that shines through the private glass is much more light than my previous windows. They look great!

Installer did not complete work due to other project being done at site. Said call when other project complete and they would finish. Called as requested, told I would be charged a second time, eventhough they already had been paid in full. Shoebox sized gaping hole left in window, told to put spray foam in it. Now have spray foam everywhere it shouldnt be, looks terrible, and had gaping hole in window. After initial review, owner contacted me and made it right. Sent a very professional team to fix the window properly. They admitted their mistake and professionally resolved the situation. Thank you!

Did a great job installing in my home. Looks beautiful in my basement.

I needed help in my bathroom, and I wanted it simple and easy to care for. Bath Doctor did the work well and on time. Im happy with the result, but not the payment terms. They have a note on the order form saying theyll give 12 months same as cash, but they dont mean it. I was told I would have needed to ask for that before I paid the 50% deposit. It left a bad taste in my mouth. They couldnt have mentioned that? I ended up paying the whole thing up front, and I would not recommend them because of the poor customer service of the accounting department. Word to the wise - every department matters! The guys seem to have done a good job, the bookkeeper turned me off!

They do what they say they will do at a fair price and are most professional from customer service to installation.
