I purchased $1500 in bathroom fixtures and paid for delivery. One of the items they sent me was incorrect, and when I brought it to my salespersons attention, she informed me that it would be about 3-4 weeks before I could expect the correct item. It was not until I asked her for her supervisors contact info, that she requested that the item be expedited. When they received the item, they expected me to drive almost 100 miles round trip to exchange the items. I requested they deliver it to me, but conveniently, they didnt have a truck coming this way anytime soon. Unhappy with their decision, I contacted the owner and left a voicemail. Do you think he took the time to call me back? I guess he figured that since I had already made the trip to exchange the items, so it was not worth his time to do so.

Drove 2 hours to look at freestanding tubs to find out they dont even update their hours online. If they can do that why would they have an updated supply of bathroom items.
