My daughter wanted to get her haircut and hasnt had the best luck places so I figured we would try here. I was able to make an appointment and had no wait. It was actually an on time appointment. Bella was her stylist and she was amazing. My daughter loves her haircut and Bella was super nice and listen to her which was great. I will forsure be going back. Thank you Bella for the wonderful service.

Is this location closed permanently,had no luck getting ahold of them,gate has a chain around gates now,I think it shut down,Ive even been there but no luck for 3 weeks now,

Absolutely horrible service. I bought shampoo/conditioner from there and decided to return them. The girl who worked the register didn’t know how to do returns and asked if I could come back tomorrow when her manager was there. She didn’t even try or ask anyone for help. I try to be patient with people, but it gets to a point when it’s just ridiculous. Save your time and go elsewhere to actually get decent service.

My boys love it here my one son is autistic and is never afraid to go ..always great service.

This is by far the worst hair salon I have ever been to. They are overpriced and actually charge you $10 for every 4 inches of your hair plus their outrageous prices. Then I listened to them complain about other customers the whole time. It made me wonder what they would say about me to the next people. If you are black, you might as well not even bother they roll their eyes as soon as you walk in the door. Save your money and go elsewhere. Dont believe me go in and see for your self.

Went in to buy product usually spend over 75 bucks but hours say Sunday 6pm close. But in store it say 4pm and store closes at 4pm 2hr before website says. So think they are closing early and posted it... sucks wasted 30mins of my time, guess I can take my money to ULTA and know there hours posted are true to post

Went in at 6 and the sign said that they were open till 9 and they told me they were leaving for the day

SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW!!! Went to get my girlfriends hair brushed out because of bad tangles, was told 15-20 minutes. Finally an hour later she was in the chair and still another 20-30 minutes in the chair. Crazy long wait times, wouldnt ever recommend this place.

Got my eyebrows waxed. Not satisfied. No trim. Just took off the top and bottom. I reccomend Kay Nails to get eyebrows waxed.
