I ordered a 15 layer lasagna meal, online menu advertised 2 pieces of garlic bread, I received 1 piece of hard bread no buttter nor garlic. The lasagna didn’t taste like it was baked at all. No cheese, no ricotta nor mozzarella. Was nothing like advertised & it tasted horrible, just noodles sauce threw together. Ordered online & curbside pick up had to go in & find it myself setting cold on the shelf, never again. The staff was not welcoming at all

The food and atmosphere were great! They give you warm bread to start and then we had cheese garlic bread too. I had minestrone soup which was full of vegetables and hearty. It was followed up with spaghetti and beer chilli. This too was good. Overall would recommend and will return.

I have loved this place for such a long time. Love how it is decorated and love eating in the boxcar. Excellent service excellent prices and they off daily specials and the food is plentiful and delicious 😋. You dont go away hungry with these portions.

Dropped in for dinner, and glad we did!After a short wait for a table to open up,we were seated, and I finally got to eat in the old street car!Ordered a new Berry Sangria and was very happy I did, it was so delicious.The warm rolls with herb butter will get you a smiling face, love the taste.Ordered the 15 layer lasagna, and the portion was huge!Its what they are known for, and you better be hungry, I could only get half way through it, before I was stuffed!This is one of the neatest places in Columbus, the interior has so much to look at, nice quiet dining, great food at a great price!

I havent been here in ages but it wont be so long next time. The food was DELICIOUS and theyve expanded their menu as well. We mustve timed it right because we had absolutely no wait and service was prompt. The line was out the door when we left however.

Had been decades since I was last here, my wife loves spaghetti so thought it would be a change for us since we was in town. Food is pretty much the same as youll find in most Italian restaurants but atmosphere is something different than youll find anywhere else. The decor is like youre stepping back into the 50s era which is really kinda cool to experience. One annoying thing we did not enjoy was a constant beeping alarm, not sure if it had something to do with the inside trolley car seating area or what but didnt take long to become irritating. Food was delicious and portion size was huge, for the cost youll definitely feel youve gotten your monies worth. Enjoyed the ability to pick and choose exactly what you want on your appetizer sampler which was a nice touch. Give it a try youll walk away full and happy with the experience.

I love the nostalgia. The food is familiar and tastes good. I would love to see the cuisine modernized to give it a 21st century spin.We had the Baked Pepperoni Ziti and the Ultimate Feast for 2 and the Chicken Parmesana.The parking lot is going to be re-done soon which will add more appeal as the guest looks for a parking spot.Overall it was a good meal. We didnt get to sit in the trolley this time. Maybe next time we can.

As alway the atmosphere is nice, with lots to look at. We requested to sit in the train car because... it’s a train!The tables around us were sectioned off with x to maintain social distancing. Masks were required.The server was efficient and the environment was clean.I ordered the gluten free shrimp Alfredo. The spaghetti was mushy and way over cooked and was sticking together. The Alfredo was bland. I did enjoy the shrimp skewers that came on top.

We went for a Birthday celebration...the food was good, our waiter was phenomenal...however the bread was rock hard. We asked for another, fresher loaf...it came out rock hard too. The bread and butter are one of the staples there, so we were disappointed that we didnt get to enjoy any.

First time there, your staffs very nice and helpful. We was happy restaurant foods very good. My mother and sister & myself love this see all different items. My mother remember growing up. Old wooded stove and wooded washer. Old player piano seeing things my mother remember. This trip made her nice birthday early. A wonderful, historic and nostalgic family environment. Everyone should experience this place at least once in a lifetime. I adore them and have lunch here often.

The first thing that caught my eye was the untouched outside style of the building then we walked in to find a decor like that it would have been way back when, there’s a train you can eat in along with some old English style gazebos, the building it’s self probably hasn’t had much done to it but a coat of paint and some wiring, it’s great to see something saved from the past! The food was delicious and out of this world! Our waitress even brought out a pitcher so I wouldn’t go thirsty. I’d highly recommend!

Anyone telling you the food is good here is not to be trusted. I’ve been here 3 times SADLY. Yes there are worse Italian restaurants than Olive Garden. Spaghetti warehouse is an embarrassment to the nation of Italy. Bland oily spaghetti? Mama mia

We come here every year for our anniversary. Love this place. But unfortunately this times experience wasnt pleasant. The waiter we had huffed when we added on an appetizer last minute, and then took my husbands pop, never refilled it and he only came to the table twice....and that was to give food(took his drink) and our check. He just was grump and not good. Maybe a bad day but ruined my experience.

Had a gnat in my drink. Gave it back to the server. They poured it out and returned it. I know this because it was frozen when I got it. No longer frozen when it came back.The food was good. Desert was great which was cheesecake from the cheesecake factory that they served there. They did not have any of their own deserts only the cheesecake factory cheesecakes. We were there at 5:30 not that busy.The waitress was nice, though.

I loved the building alone. The one room has a trolley car, there is an old elevator car upstairs that you can eat in. One of the staff stopped by as we were admiring some of the antiques. He called himself the unofficial historian of the place. Very cool experience, definitely visit when you get a chance

Once again another fantastic trip to the Spaghetti Warehouse. We had Warehouse Flatbread and the Chicken Parmesain. Might I add. Just outstanding. Now if your lucky enough you will get who we belive to be the Waitress of the Year Megan as your server. She is pleasant, fun, and very attentive. She answered all our questions and had us laughing the whole time.

My family went out to celebrate fathers day and it was a big group of us. We had a good time. Got there at 6pm left at 8pm. I got the artichoke Spanish dip with flat bread. Delicious! I have been to this restaurant plenty of times but this time was really good maybe the best time.

Impressive experience. Great service. Ill definitely be back.

The Spaghetti Warehouse is always a great place to dine for an unusual dining experience. The atmosphere is like no place weve ever been, and the food is excellent. My wife loves the 15 layer Lasagna, and this time I tried the Double Stack Chicken Parmigiana, and we both loved our meals. We hadnt been there in almost 2 years due to the Covid-19 situation, but we found the atmosphere and the food to be exactly as we remembered. What made it doubly special was it was a celebration of my wifes birthday! If you like Italian food and an unusual atmosphere, then I highly suggest you go to the Spaghetti Warehouse!

I loved this place when living in Tampa. The lasagna is just how I remembered...YUMMY!

The waitress we had, had incredibly short patience, and was very ride and aggressive with us at our table and with her other tables. They took an hour before we got our menus, they gave us salad without any utensils, they took another 30 minutes to actually take our order, it then took an hour for the food to arrive and when it did it was burnt and unseasoned. The bread that is usually set at the table when you begin your meal was not given to us when we sat down, we asked over 5 times for the bread and it took over 2 and a half hours, we had already gotten our checks when they brought us the bread, and when we examined it we found that it was unbaked. Dont go here. Not worth the money. I literally ordered door dash from McDonalds and it not only arrived before my food but also tasted better!!!

Finally got to try the food here. I paid less than $20 for wedding soup, spaghetti, chicken parm, 2 loaves of sourdough bread with yummy whipped butter, 4 meatballs and 2 Italian sausages.2 of the meatballs and a sausage were given to me by accident, so Ill definitely increase my tip when I dine in.The food was pretty good, not as good as homemade, but it was some of the best restaurant Italian food ive had in awhile.

Oh my goodness! Everything was perfection! Roasted salmon and asparagus on basil pesto angel hair spaghetti. Also fried zucchini. It was all so perfectly done! Yummy 😋

Great food and service. Lots if fun things to see. It is built in and old ice house. There a trolly car in the middle that you can seat in to eat your meal if you want .

It was great. The food was really good. The place was really clean and it had a lot of old stuff in there that made it cool.

I love this place for the atmosphere but lets be honest. The food taste like its frozen and the other half comes from a can. When we went there it was raining. I went to use the bathroom and seen a bucket in the middle of the main entrance catching rain from the roof. Dishes are always dirty. The only reason I gave it a full star was because I came here as a child and the waiter was nice.

Great experience. Our service was phenomenal. Was a wait to get to our table but worth every minute. FYI the lemotini is AMAZING!!!

Great atmosphere, we sat in the train car. The service is excellent! The portions are large, especially for the price. Great prices too. The food is a 3.5 out of 5 stars, and thats why the 4 star rating. Of course, Im spoiled and my taste buds know the difference between authentic Italian cuisine and other Italian dishes. Im prone to go back just because I enjoyed the experience.

This was my 1st time to this location. I will start out with the good. The good was great. Spaghetti pepperoni with a ceasar salad. The bread was a little under cooked but the garlic butter was great.My bread plate and silverware were dirty. The second set brought out had dry food on it also. Service was slow at the beginning and then picked up.I know there is a shortage of service workers so I took that into consideration.Overall, I will go back and give it a chance.

This place had the best Lasagna I’ve ever tasted! When you pull on the lot the building looked like an abandoned warehouse, until you go around the other side of the building to the entrance, then inside is beautiful! They nice staff !! Will definitely eat here again!

I havent been to The Spaghetti Warehouse in years. I ordered takeout and nothing has changed....the food was great. I ordered Lasagna...which was enough for leftovers. I highly recommend.

Got the chicken parmesan dinner. The meal was very good but not as good as usual! There was less cheese, less sauce, less chicken and it even seemed they changed the recipe of the breading to have less ingredients. If their trying to save money this isnt the way to do it! If this is going to continue to be the case I will quit driving downtown to go to Spaghetti Warehouse. Also the restaurant needs a deep cleaning especially considering were in an error of COVID.

I had been here before, but my wife and daughter had not and our experience was not disappointing. The food we had ordered was delicious and we were very happy and the server and service was excellent. We did have to wait when we arrived, but not long, but with the taste of the food and the service it was worth the wait. Very happy and full. Thank you for everything. We will be back.

THE WEDDING SOUP IS AMAZING also Sourdough bread and the garlic herb butter. I love Italian food and this is just a nice casual dining place great for hangouts and a hearty heaping of tasty food. Spaghetti Warehouse chain has perfected their signature taste and I really appreciate that.

This place has gone down hill it started raining on the table across from us several people hard to switch tables 8n the middle of eating. Me and my husband sent our meals back I could have gotten something better from the freezer section at kroger.

Food was average. Bathrooms needed to be put together better. No holders for me toilet paper or paper towels.

Hate to do this but I went here with my mom alot as a kid and loved it but now they have just been going down hill with the food....me and my mom went with 7 other people over the weekend and 3 people took there food back and everyone else didnt like it but still ate it..hope you guy work on that bc the passed 4 times it was the same ....no flavor in anything..the bread is the best and a salad was great and I also had soup and loved it but every time it comes to the meal it always tastes like nothing..

I loved going here but not so much anymore. I love spaghetti without meat in the sauce. All they had was a sauce with more tomato chunks than sauce. Also our table and chairs were very wobbly.

We gave this place a second try... and it was great!! The only reason I didnt give it a 5 star rating is due to the cleanliness of the womens restroom. My first experience was so very bad. It took 25 minutes to get our drink order and then even longer for everything else. When our food came it was soupy sauce. Etc. This time Ryan gave us great service and our food was on point! Our server Ryan was friendly and gave us quick service. Decent prices and great food, I think we will be back!

My mom sister and I went for dinner and our server was Ryan. He was incredibly helpful with suggestions and they were very good ones. He was checking on us throughout our meal and was very attentive. He had a wonderful personality and would go back again to have him as a server! Ryan if you see this don’t forget to buy your wife that cake and thankyou so much for the wonderful service !!

Rude unfriendly hostess, rude unfriendly waitress, horrible food. The salad was room temperature, not cold like from a fridge, and swimming in dressing. The spaghetti sauce was terrible. I only ate a few forkfuls. I hadnt been here in years, maybe even a decade or more. I remember a pleasant experience with delicious food and the atmosphere is always fun but I will never go back.

We had an amazing time at SW in Columbus! Blake was our server and went above and beyond our expectations. My husband had not been here for over 20 years and he said it was just as amazing as he remembered! We loved it and will definitely be back! Thank you for the memories!

We love spaghetti warehouse! My husband and I always share the ultimate feast! They take reservations, and are very accommodating for big parties. Kids meals are huge and reasonable as well. Lots of photo ops there too for Prom! In the heart of downtown.

The different pasta dishes are tasty. The service is spectacular.

Not very good.. my wife and I each ordered pasta and it was well over cooked to the point that the noodles were mushy.. the bread wasn’t great either. The atmosphere was nice but the food not so much.

Had a great time we went there for our dads birthday. Food was great a dessert too. Our server Aaron was amazing he is a newer server and to Cloumbus. He was friendly and courteous. I didnt want to give it this star. The disrespect from from one of the waitresses was unbelievable. Our food was brought to us cold on two occasions, we waited for over thirty minutes to be served, and the service was trash.

Coming in, its apparent that they may be planning to move out or shut down (I hope not) due to the state of disrepair of the parking lot, with the holes, etc. The service was great - very personable, knowledgeable, and on it! The options were a little scarce for what you are paying for and Not what youd expect (at least we didnt based on previous visits). The food with above exception, was good, though just a bit bland. Michaels on N. High Street gives better portions for the money, more taste. Hopefully next time will be different.

We stopped in for a late lunch on Saturday during the science festival at COSI. This restaurant has a great atmosphere with lots of fun things to look at. We sat in the trolley; it was a little tight, but still fun. I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs; delicious and filling. It came with a side salad. My mom ordered the minestrone soup and she said it was very good. Thanks for the great lunch!

This place is the SLAP. Gorgeous interior design and one of the most unique places to dine in Columbus. Huge portions and a very diverse menu! Been going here since I was a child and it has never changed. A true staple of the city and fairly priced. Would always recommend!

Thus was our worst meal ever there. The spagetti was just laying in water the lasagna noodles were hard. So much for enjoying a birthday meal out with family.

Such a fun place! My kids love to sit in the trolley car. They are often busy, so prepare to wait, but they have arcade games to pass the time. The service is good every time we go, and everyone is friendly. Weve never had a bad dish, but some things are better than others. Their classic spaghetti is always a good bet! And the sourdough bread and garlic butter... Worth the trip!

1st time coming, the wait was a lil long but I found out why later. Once at our table our waitress was amazing very engaging with us 4 adults and my babygirl. She help us through the menu and help us get exactly what we asked for. The food came out in great time the appetizers came right when we were done our salads came and then boom our food never overlapping.1st of all I forgot how good pasta was this food was AMAZING and I ate every bite. I will definitely be coming back but I have to hit the gym for a solid week LOL.. Thank you all for this great experience

I visited this restaurant years ago and loved it. We were so excited to go back today, and left disappointed. The restaurant looks as if it has went down hill. Our service was terrible, and food was okay at best. We waited Atleast ten minutes before getting our drink order, and maybe ten minutes more to receive our drinks. I never got the refill I asked for. The waitress seemed as if she may have been High. Moved her hands around a lot, had trouble focusing. Forgetful. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but it was not a good experience for our family.

Food was decent and the staff nice. The place is a little run down but its a good deal for lunch.

Sunday evening, around 5:30. We ended up waiting for almost 2 hours for a table of 8. When we get in we were crowded knee to knee at a small round table. Beyond the wait and seating the waitress was fantastic, and the food was pheromonal and good sized portions for the average American. Their alcohol selection was limited unless you like wine. Would be willing to go back again!
