The black lady answering the phone & working at the front desk may sound professional, but she will give you the run around. Instead of telling you everything needed upfront to file bankruptcy, itll change once you submit documents. Theyll keep asking you to bring in additional documents. Before you even contact this office make sure you have 6 months of paystubs, 2 years of tax returns, & theres a huge application asking about your assets & anything you own. It felt like I was at a welfare office dealing with snarky workers & a long application. It would really help if they made the process smoother for filing bankruptcy. Ive heard this from other people whove used this firm as well to file bankruptcy.This firm should hire a new receptionist & make the process smoother for people struggling & having to file bankruptcy.

The woman answering incoming phone calls was EXTREMELY rude- she needs to learn better customer service skills.We have called this office a total of 4 times and left two voicemails over the past two weeks...NO response from anyone.I will gladly take my money somewhere else.
