A member of the church, I go to recommend it. I went and talked with them because I was ripped off at another place in Columbus. What the other place said they did fix, they didnt do. They did a complete overhaul on a truck of mine. They replaced the engine, transmission, and put a 3.5 inch lift on my truck. They have also helped diagnose every problem its had and have replaced ball joints. I have no complaints about my truck! It drives like it is brand new and I wont use anyone else.

The people are friendly and the place is clean. Their prices aren’t ridiculous and their sales are posted on their wall. The mechanics are nice and didn’t treat me like I’m an idiot.

This place is horrible .... They have had a friend of mines truck for like 6 months and when we call they say oh you will have it by the end of the week. We paid in full to have the engine replaced which they messed up in the first place and here it is 6 months later and still no truck.

Terrible customer service and got threatened with an extra charge just because I had a valid complaint and wanted to defend it. My car overheated right in their parking lot and they offered to take a look at the car for me to see what was wrong. They failed to inform me of a diagnostic fee when they said they would “look at the car and call me in the morning”. They never called me and once I called them, they said I now have a diagnostic fee that I was supposed to magically know about, when my original plan was to have it towed and looked at for free. Why would I agree to pay money for someone to look under my hood and not do any work when I could’ve had that done for free originally at another place. I’ve never been to this place before today and I can guarantee that will be the first and last time I go there.

Dropped off car in the am; said they could have it done that day only to pick it up when they closed and having it still worked on.
