Had three holes in one of my tires. Jeff got me in right away and they were able to patch two of the three, even put more air in the tire to get me through the day. Didn’t charge me a dime since they couldn’t completely repair the tire. Excellent service and a great shop.

I bought the roadside service when I purchased my tires as it was explained to me. Thank goodness that I did. Needles to say I was very happy. Three is a young man name Robert he is great and kind young man. The first time I went to this Good Year my low tires light was on. It was in the bed of winter and a very cold day. I ask him if he could check my tires and he ask if I had an appointment I said no, he told me I will check your tires and if there is a problem I will have to give you an appointment I said ok so he had me to pull around by the garage and he started to put air into all of my tires as he checked them. When he was done I look at the dashboard to see if the light was still on and it wasn’t. So I asked how much do I owe you he replied nothing and I said are you sure he said yes. Then the second time I went to the Good Year Rob was there again I need him to take off my license plate because the screws had rusted same as before his kindness came shining through. He worked on the front plate and got it off. Then he worked on the back plate but he couldn’t get the second screw off. He told me I would have to make an appointment to get the screw drilled off and that I didn’t owe him anything for the work he had done so I made an appointment to get the other plate off. I highly recommend this good year for service the people here are kind and professional.

On Saturday, 3 hours before GoodYear was due to close, my daughter discovered that her tire would not hold air in it, as if it had been punctured by a nail or something. We immediately called the closest GoodYear and spoke with Aaron. He was very professional and told me to get there as soon as I could so they could repair or replace the tire right away. We got there about 20 minutes later. Aaron was with another customer, so we worked with Jeff, who was also very professional and helpful. Jeff was very patient in allowing us to call the GoodYear in the state where we purchased the tires to check on the roadside hazard insurance we had gotten for the tires when we purchased them less than a year ago.After the mechanics assessed the situation, they determined the problem was not the tire but the TPMS tire sensor which was not working properly. They immediately fixed the problem, checked the sensors for the other 3 tires and we were on our way within about 90 minutes. While we waited, we had plenty of space to work as they have high top tables and chairs which are perfect for folks who may have brought a laptop while waiting for their car. This location was neat and clean and Jeff and Aaron were very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I would definitely recommend this GoodYear location!!!!Many thanks to both Jeff and Aaron and the mechanics who were involved! They all made a potentially difficult and inconvenient situation very pleasant!

Disappointing service and rude staff. I came to Goodyear needing a tire replacement after hitting a pothole. I explained the circumstances, and upon reviewing my bill saw that they claimed to have performed an alignment check. However, when I went for my routine service at Toyota the following week, my alignment was completely off. I called Goodyear and asked whether they actually checked my alignment. They said that they never do those checks when replacing just one tire. Clearly the circumstances of my flat were not considered when skipping this check. And, when I told them my bill clearly stated that they had conducted an alignment check, my frustrations were rudely dismissed and I was asked, Well, what is you want us to do?! I never received an apology for the misstatement on my bill (really nice way of putting it), they refused to reimburse any portion of my payment, and I had to rely on another service station to ensure the alignment of my vehicle. I wont be back.

Highly recommend this place. I have been going here for years and never once have these guys tried to rip me off. Other shops will try and add on extra fees and unnecessary fixes... ive taken my vehicles here dozens of times and they have never done that. Excellent work and very friendly/helpful staff

Gone there for years, and theyve earned my loyalty with honest, helpful service AND some fantastic detective work. My 2012 Hyundai had a random rattle that was driving me crazy. I was sure it was an expensive brakes-related issue. Nope. They scoured my car and found it was a loose rear spoiler. Three cheers for R. Duffy and team for their patience and diligence!

I went there because I had a nail in my tire & their website said they can plug it for free if its repairable. Luckily mine was. I set up an appointment for 11:30 but I got there about 30 minutes early but they went right ahead to look at the tire and had it fixed 20 minutes later. Great service on that part! Very appreciative.

Got a flat tire in the morning brought it over in the afternoon and it was fixed in a couple hours for FREE! I was surprised at how fast they got it done and the fact I didn’t have to pay anything shows what kind of company Goodyear is and how much they care about others safety. I don’t know how they can afford it. The team there way also friendly and hard working 👍🏻

These guys could care less about your car. Just very poor work quality. I was thankful they could get me in to the shop in very short notice but now I regret it. Wanted to get my problematic tires road force balanced. Now that is surely no fun to do, but thats why it cost me $120. Thats said they did a terrible job. The balance was not very good and even though the paper says lifetime balance Im hesitant to ever step foot in there again. They scraped the heck out of all my wheels. Not just the lug recesses, but all over the face of the rims!!?? The guy must have been drunk! Then to top it off, they zipped the lugs down as tight as their little impact gun could manage. Pitiful.

My sister and I have been using this Goodyear location since we moved last year and we have always had a great experience! The men who work there are professional, always fit us in when its convenient for us, and very helpful and pleasant to interact with. My sister and I are both young professional women in our twenties who dont know a lot about cars, so it can be frustrating to go in to get work done, and sometimes we worry about people taking advantage of our lack of knowledge- we genuinely dont worry about that here. They take time to explain things to us and give us a heads up on upcoming maintenance when they can so we arent blind-sighted by expensive last-minute repairs. I cant speak for the other reviewers on here, but I would recommend this location to anyone!

I saw my ex left a crappy review for this place 9 months ago. Ive never had a problem with the service or prices Ive received and Ive been coming here for 5 years now. They actually charged $650 for a new belt/alternator, plus labor. Ive never felt jerked around and both my stepfather (who actually paid for the alternator, he had no issue with the price either) and I deal with this place on the regular. Sorry for the bad review guys. Keep up the good work, you still have my business.

I started coming here years ago after a valve leak in a tire, another shop tried to tell me it had an APS sensor and wanted to charge me 100+$ to change the valve. (I know for a fact my car does NOT have that type of sensor, and the other shop kept insisting that it did) Aaron at Goodyear replaced the valve at no charge. Aaron is a great guy and is always smiling when I bring my car in! Goodyear takes good care of my old car, and keeps it running!!

Had some major work done on the cooling system (multiple leaks). They fixed my car at a reasonable price, and they did good work. They missed a leak, so rather than change the estimate they gave me, the manager fixed it free of charge. Even though I have now given that car to my son, I will continue to use them for my other vehicle.

Bought four tires and brake pads and rotors. Spent $1700.00 . Now only 3 of the tmps tire monitoring pressure system work . the first one just has dashes no air pressure number . took it back 3 times now . First we didnt do it. Next they replaced the sensor $34.00. I drove off it still doesnt work . Go to Nissan dealer. I call the Nissan service . If they replaced it right it should work. But you can bring it up we will check it for a price to you . Well i spent too much time and money on this. I will monitor the tires the old fashion way. Just look at them .

My recent experience was completely fine. Took my 05 Nissan Altima in for an alignment as the car had been hit (while it was parked) directly on the front, drivers side wheel and fender. Fearing that the frame was bent I was expecting the worst. But, they called me quite promptly and informed me that the car couldnt be aligned because of damage to everything else but the frame (whew). They quoted me a price, which was high, but reasonable considering the damage. After agreeing to go ahead with the work they called me right back to say they had miss-quoted the initial price and were adjusting the bill. Also, they offered me 10% off! Thanks, and thanks again! Service was completed in the same day. After driving away I immediately noticed a huge difference (for the better) in how my car handled.Service was prompt. My car drives a lot better. And Im taking it back for new tires as they just sent me a coupon for 20% off! I wouldnt say it was the cheapest work out there. And I wouldnt say they were overly friendly either. But they were honest. And I believe that you get what you pay for. And if you pay for cheap service, you get it (*cough* Mr.Tire *cough*). Money well spent, and Im going back. Which is the highest compliment I can give them.

Dont do reviews but this place is an exception. Theres a guy named Jeff down there who is very nice and helpful. Told the dude I didnt know much about cars and asked him if he could give a walkthrough of how to change a battery properly in which I provided pictures for him to see. He walked me thru step by step very clearly, not only that I asked him how much the tools cost to do it so I could be on my way and do it myself. Jeff offered to lend me his tools! As far as I know, nobody does that, guy is incredibly helpful. After that I went to work on my car and I was stumped, I gave jeff a call and explained what was happening and he was stumped aswell because its hard to explain something about a car over the phone especially if its a noise problem. But regardless the guy did his best to help me, please note that most people wont even do that for you on the phone. I ended up figuring it out and drove my car down to give back his tools that he lent me. I also need a new muffler so I left it there(currently still there and Im writing this review as I wait at home till he calls me in). Overall, that dude Jeff is the man.If you need help with anything get that dude and hell do right by you for sure, without a doubt.

My girlfriend has been servicing her car here always. She brought her car in because there was a problem, they charged her 700 total for replacing an alternator and belt. 350 just for the alternator, not the labor.... I checked, its not gold plated. In the end I hope this review costs their business $$$$, she wont be returning.
