Terrible place to have business with. They rush through everything and never get it right. I changed my address twice and three years later they’re still sending my papers to the old address. When I tried to address the problem over the phone the lady kept talking over me. Very unprofessional and rude to your customers is not the way to keep them.

Horrible experience. Was lied to and had to pay an extra $470 out of pocket due to the incorrect information I was told about my coverage. Switched insurance companies and saved money. They were rude and over talked me when I tried to explain my situation. Tried to get in contact with someone above them but couldnt get in contact with anyone no matter how many voicemails I left.
