They must have a majority of internal reviews here....very disappointed with the lack of response from this company. Our company is quickly getting out from this insurance and from what most others are experiencing its the same problem. Ive personally called our rep 10 times and am still awaiting a call back. Most dental places dont accept this insurance thats on the website. If you have to get this insurance because of work....get the PPO or good luck. With that being said, good luck getting in touch with anyone from there.
