Used to be a decent place years ago. No where near decent anymore. Management is absolutely terrible if you can even get a response. No respect for residents who have resided there for decades. If you are looking for an outdated, bug infested and poorly managed propert with no respect for residents...then this is the place for you.

Company has declined over the years. I called the rental office and could never get an answer. This is after filling the application out on line and it clearly saying that a 3 bed room unit was available.so after I could not get an answer I stopped by and another gentleman was out side knocking and waiting he said he had an appointment so after about 25 minutes of him knocking he asked that I attempt to knock and for another 25 mins we waited and finally an answer I dropped off some documents rather then emailing them and then after about a day or two I called to check my status no answer the few times I called after leaving voice mails no return calls provided I even called the corporate number no positive help given there it wasnt until I started calling from a different number not leaving a voice-mail that I may get an answer from the office. Keep in mind the unit that I filled the application out for was empty and Noone was moved into the unit and after a while I finally received an email yesterday asking would I like to be placed on the waiting list for a two or 3 bedroom. But with no. Time frame of when one would be available given this was for greenwich town homes. I wish i could give no stars. I just called to see if there were any 3 bedroom units available and the receptionist kept cutting me off and wouldn’t let me speak. Then after she said, “we don’t have any notices for move outs.” She hung up. Before i could even say thank you or ask any additional questions. I knew it would be a bad conversation by the way she answered the phone. As if she had something better to do.That’s really rude and she does not need hold the title that she has.
