Brittany was an absolute dream to work with. She was professional, fast acting, knowledgeable, thorough and made the whole process easy peasy! She listed my first home which we received multiple offers on with her genius tactics and she helped to secure my dream home for much less than the asking price!! The best landlords Ive had since living in Columbus for nearly 10 years. Brittany was always quick with correspondence whenever I had a question or concerns, and the turn around rate for maintenance issues was always fast. Managers made sure the public areas of the property were aesthetically pleasing and neat, and they were on top of fixing/updating features of the building. Rent was very reasonable considering the area that I lived in (Grandview Heights).

While not perfect, this has been one of the best rental companies I have used, especially when compared with other Columbus rental companies. Clean, recently renovated property. Maintenance always comes out within 48 hours, sooner if its more urgent. The staff has all been friendly. Ive been renting from them for almost a year and a half, no big complaints.

I lived in my place for over a year and a half, i enjoyed my time, the neighbors were not bad, maintenance always came out within 24 hours. if there were issues i was able to get in touch with my landlords and they handled it. if i had a complaint which was rare they too care of it. i enjoyed my experience and would use them again.

A great place to live! Brittany and the staff are always so gracious, welcoming and always deal with any issues in a timely manner. Definitely key components when deciding to live here.

STUDENTS READ THIS: If you rent from CRS near campus, theyll want you to renew your lease by November, or they will rent your place out to someone else. Yes, this means if you move in in August, theyll want you to sign a lease for next August after only having lived there for 4 months of a 12 month lease. If you dont re-sign by December, theyll start showing your apartment, and it may get rented out, forcing you to move. If you do re-sign and for some reason need to back out of a lease renewal that you signed 8 months in advance, youll be subject to a lot of fees and will need to find a new tenant to take your place.We rented from CRS for two years, and had renewed for a third year when we got broken into (again) and decided to move to a different area. We notified them in April that we would not be staying for the new lease, giving them 3 months notice to find a new tenant. We found someone to take over our renewed lease and still paid out the remainder of our current-year lease and a fee equal to one months rent. They did give us back our security deposit though which was great.They were usually very responsive to maintenence requests and questions we had, but often the fixes would be quick fixes that might not solve the problem. Example: our front door leaked water every time it rained for a year despite having been fixed multiple times. We had mice when we first moved in, and they fixed it multiple times by covering the holes with plaster until the mice chewed through the plaster a week later. The last month in our apartment, we had a misty leak in the hot water closet, and they chose not to fix it until we moved, meaning the hot water closet was soaking wet for the last month we paid rent.Its not a bad company by any stretch, and definitely better than a lot out there, but you should know what youre getting into with the lease renewal policy. Its really an unfair policy to tenants and a way to either get them out or fine them extra fees for not being able to stay.

This has been the worst and most horrible experience that I had with renting. The maintenance person was supposed to come out and never did show up. The neighbor was noisy and disruptive, and I called numerous times and they never came out to see what the problem was - only text or emailed. This is the problem with no property supervisor on site, people get away with so much. Water backed up in the basement.
