David got back with me quickly and IDd my snake skin. I am grateful to have someone willing to help us ID snake skins and answer snake questions. Very friendly and polite.

I run a five unit complex that was suddenly overrun by rats. They came on quickly and they were big. There were tons of them. I am not kidding. My tenants were freaking out and so was I because we really couldnt figure out what led to the infestation. Your team really sprung into action. Michael was out that afternoon to inspect and set out some traps to get the ball rolling. He came back with Luke a day later and the two of them got to work. They walked me through all that they were doing. I was constantly informed of what they were doing and how it would work. Their treatment worked perfectly. It took a few days to get rid of the rats, but the vast majority were gone within about five days. They also treated around the complex to keep any others from coming back. It has been about two weeks now and none of the tenants have seen any more of the rats. I still dont know what caused that, but the disaster is over.

I was trying to fix our ant problem on my own, Using all kinds of traps, poisons, and sprays. All I found was that my bank account was getting smaller while the ant population was getting bigger. I called to get an estimate on what it would cost to handle the problem. Mary was very friendly and was able to give me an estimate that I could afford to pay. The technician came out the next day, did a thorough inspection before providing the treatment. It took about two hours but it did the trick. Great job!
