The shuttle was at our vehicle within minutes and the shuttle driver was so friendly and helped us with all of our luggage. Great job!

Slow and inefficient shuttle service. Upon returning, it took 40 minutes from the point of getting into the shuttle line to get back to my car. Completely insane - never had this issue with other airports long term parking. They literally operate slow, meandering custom routes through the lot, rather than predetermined centralized shuttle stops. This creates painfully long lines, and youll probably get back to your car faster by walking. What a frustrating waste of time when its really late and youre just trying to go home.

I was running late, so I opted for the blue lot for the first time for faster service. That didnt happen. This lot doesn’t have a waiting spot like the green lot; instead, they drive up to your car to help with your bags, but it takes forever to get everyone on the shuttle. For 8-10 people it was about 20-25 minutes. At the last minute the driver went back to pick up someone that drove on to the lot, adding more time. I won’t be back to the blue lot, better off with green.

When we arrived at the airport, there was no shuttle in sight... Waited over 10 minutes for someone to show up.Same in our return flight. Been standing outside waiting for someone for 15 minutes already...Paid the extra money for this lot anticipating better service... Definitely did not deliver.

The green and red lots received better service, and we spent much more! It took nearly 20 minutes to get a shuttle and in that time I saw 4 or 5 red lot shuttles and 3 green lot shuttles. I paid the extra money to receive better service and it never happened. Not very happy.

First time using it, they told me which row to park in and a shuttle was waiting there already to pick up the new arrivals. That seems to be a very clever strategy and meant i didnt have to wait at all. Now lets just hope my car is still there next week.

Paid extra for faster service and there was NO Blue Shuttle Lot for 20 minutes. We were the last people waiting while every other shuttle (including employee lot) picked up multiple passengers. What a waste!

These drivers are really courteous and friendly. I always use the blue lot. Please remember to have a couple bucks for the tip. They hustle and earn it.

Go with the blue lot. There seems to be more shuttles than the rest or green lots. There are people actively directing you where to park, which makes it easier for the vans to pick you up.

The driver I had was really cool

We got there at 3-something in the morning so maybe this isnt typical, but as we pulled in the shuttle was right there, the shuttle driver flagged us down, showed us where to park, helped carry our bags, helped another family who pulled in right after us, then we were off!

**Update**AVOID THIS LOT! Use Red lot instead.I saw three red lot shuttles and 4 employee shuttles and blue lot shuttle never showed up till called on 3 numbers. Their employees dont care either. I did a mistake parking here again but never again! BLUE LOT AND ITS EMPLOYEES SUCK!*****Waited for 30 mins and no shuttle came to pick me up in covered parking area, had to walk all the way to entry point to get a shuttle. Horrible service for 10$ per day paid parking! Avoid this lot.

Easy to park and shuttle to and from airport. Shuttle picks up and drops off right at your car.

3rd time waiting for shuttle at airport watching all other lots rotate 3 shuttles before we saw one. Cant give 0 stars unfortunately

Watched the red lot come and go, the green lot, the spot, oh park and employee lot. Still no blue lit bus. Oh, employee bus has come twice...this should be courtesy parking, not paid.

For a few dollars more the Blue lot is worth it. They pick you up and drop you off right at your vehicle where the red & green lots make you walk to a small hut to be picked up and dropped off. Plus they are the closest one to the terminal and have more transport buses.
