Some of the rudest and most painfully inept people work in the Support department for NetJets. I almost wish they would outsource as it would be a step up in interactions. Im not sure why it is so hard to get simple information from them, but every interaction I have had with them for over a decade has been way harder than it needs to be. If you dont understand the industry, why are you working a support job in it? And why do you get rude with the other industry professionals you are contracting with? There is a reason most independent FBOs recommend their competitors.

For the BEST aviation services in the industry, this is your BEST choice.
