I have been flying in to Lane since 1975 and have always experienced first class service and today was no different. A follow me van led me to parking, line service was prompt and professional. I paid my bill all in less than 20 minutes I was set to go. They saved me a ton of money by letting me borrow their very nice courtesy car, twice, before I left. I recently took delivery of an F33a Bonanza from Lane Aviation. I can’t say anything but excellent things about the hospitality of Brad Willette and his associates at this 5 star FBO. I flew out a few weeks prior to look at this aircraft which by far exceeded my expectations. I was given a tour of Columbus and the facilities at Lane Aviation. When I flew in last Friday to take delivery of the aircraft I was picked up at the terminal and brought over to my new aircraft that was waiting with full fuel, a carpet, and some gourmet sandwiches. This was probably the best day of my life aside from my wedding day. I flew my new mistress home with a short notice “friend” of Lane Aviation” who took 2 days out of his schedule to make a flight back to KPSM. Fabulous people. Highly recommend.

Top notch service, great people, and easy in and out access from R10R. The faculties are impressive and can handle any size aircraft any time of day or night. A visit to Lane is an absolute must next time youre flying anywhere around the Columbus area.

The FBO was awesome. Great facilities. Great line crew. BUT the front desk lady (blonde/grey) on 3/18 was the absolute rudest person Ive came in contact with at any FBO. Maybe she was having a bad day? I can only hope she treats the passengers better than the pilots. Not a place we will return to if she is the face of this FBO.

This is a great FBO. My preference when flying GA into CMH. Lane is also my preference for aircraft sales; Brad does a great job. I have worked with him on several sales and purchases and I am always impressed with level of service.

It is always challenging to find an aircraft in light aviation category . I’ve been looking for about two years now . I had done thorough research and spoken with brokers and owners across the country .An advertisement led to Brad Willette taking my call After a ten minute or so conversation I decided I had to meet him .I felt no pressure or obligation to do so . I don’t think he even took my phone number at that point . Upon entering LANE AVIATION’S lobby in Columbus Ohio (CMH) , I felt the genuine love and desire for Flying .Brad’s knowledge and expertise in General Aviation is unmatched to this point in my lifeNeedles to say we closed a deal within two days for the aircraft of my choice and he introduced me to from mechanics to financiers .......; several contacts in aviation industry ..... , and I am not an easy customer to please .After twenty seven years with a pilot license I can say that I finally found a place that I trust and feel lucky to have found .. My family and I had the pleasure of touring Lane Aviation this summer when we were visiting the Columbus, Ohio area. Being originally from Columbus, I knew that Lane was around but never saw the inner workings. I was immediately impressed with their professional and friendly staff, even with todays tight security climate. We explored the hangers as well as their office environment. Their new remodel makes everything look so fresh and sleek. All the hangers were impressive, clean and tidy. I enjoyed hearing about the 83-year history of Lane and finding out more about the fueling and aircraft services they provide at the Columbus International Airport. I would highly recommend Lane Aviation for their experience, equipment and professionalism.

This was my first aircraft purchase. I remember thinking to myself, it’s no different then purchasing a motor vehicle, the “high pressure” salesperson. Wow, was I mistaken. I called Lane Aviation Corporation on an aircraft I was interested in purchasing. I spoke to Mr. Willette. Mr. Willette answered all my questions and concerns and, I wasn’t under any pressured whatsoever. My total transaction (experience) was seamless from start to finish. It was very enjoyable. After several stops at CMH, I can tell you that the people and service at Lane Aviation are superb! Everyone at Lane has exceeded my expectations. From setting up rental cars and hotels to delivering ice and fuel, nothing is considered unimportant. I’ve been to other big FBOs that seem bothered by single-engine recips, but at Lane you are treated like the big guys no matter what you fly!

Delta uses this company. After spending 9 hours CMH they would not respond to our Capt and replace a pin. A 5 min job. Delta should replace this vendor. Their service is terrible.

Lousy and indifferent service. “Rules” change every time we use this fbo, no more going to signature where they realize how the bills are paid, by the customers

Their customer service was top notch, from the first phone call thru departure, and even checking in after the plane made it to its new home base. Very accommodating and helpful thru the buying process from getting mechanic advice to setting up flight training, and present every step of the way. Lane exceeded my expectation. This was my first aircraft purchase, and I know who Ill be calling when Im ready to upgrade.
