The technician is an excellent technician. Hes a quick and efficient troubleshooter. He explained how he would go about fixing the problem. I found him to be very professional, courteous, and generally a likeable and trustworthy guy. Ive dealt with all sorts of home contractors, and I find K&B Heating and Cooling to be outstanding. Dont waste your time and money on any other A/C contractor. Really.

Ive used K&B Heating and Cooling twice for my homes AC system and I couldnt be happier or more appreciative. Dan has been our tech both times and hes just excellent. The first time a part was seriously malfunctioning (our AC system is old) and he repaired it beautifully. The second time, the AC was not cooling (a damaged fuse) and Dan replaced the fuse and work in the unit for it to cool better. He answered my questions, gave me tips on how to keep unit working well and how to spot issues. I will not think twice to contact K&B Heating and Cooling for repair, maintenance or replacement of my homes cooling and heating systems. They deserve 10 stars!!!

Called K&B Heating and Cooling and they scheduled someone to come out the next morning. Dan showed upon time, identified the issue and had our heat back on within 20 minutes. I signed up for their annual maintenance service to hopefully avoid this problem in the future. Very good experience and K&B Heating and Cooling is now my first and only call for ac work.

Dan was quick and thorough, and answered all of our questions. He was friendly and knowledgeable and kept us informed when he was on his way, what he was doing while he was here, and even stayed after the initial appointment to give us an estimate beyond what he was here to do. We also had duct cleaning done by Sarah. She was quick, friendly, professional, and explained everything from beginning to end. The entire experience for us from the first inspection to the installation of new equipment to the duct work was excellent.

They cleaned up and were helpful with their care instructions. I would recommend them for heating work, and use their services again myself.
