Let me start by saying what a wonderful experience I had with the Representative they sent me. His name was Chad an he was very thorough an very kind and respectful. He really sold it!! He constantly asked if I had any questions.. This guy is definitely an Asset to your Company.

Stan gave great info on the window products and patio door when he came out for our appointment. The guy who came to double check measurements was very professional as well. The installers were great. I couldnt believe how quickly they were able to remove the old windows and replace them with the new. They cleaned up and hauled away the old windows when job was completed. I had cut back our shrubs from the windows so that helped them do the job quicker as well and they did make a point of letting me know they appreciated it. They started the job at 7:30 a.m. and told me theyd be done by 3 p.m. but they were actually done by 1! They were very accommodating about the fact that we had three indoor cats who had to be moved from the last room to be installed. We love the windows. We have a Cape Cod house and went with the grids on the front windows, but no grids on the side and backyard windows or the patio door. We have already noticed that the house is cooler inside from the Summer heat due to the windows. We had a great experience with purchase and installation with Champion Windows. Hope service will be of equal quality in the future if we should need repairs or such on the windows.

Courtney was very thorough and friendly, she gave us plenty of information on the quality of Champion windows and Champion as a company compared to other companies in the area. The discounts were amazing and made the price of the project fit right into our budget! Very satisfied with this company so far! Will post another review for the installation experience.

Stan arrived on time and was extremely pleasant to talk to. Walked me through all my options and gave me some really great tips and ideas. Helped me visualize what I wanted and gave me options to get there. Would highly recommend having Stan come out to look at your project and give you a quote. Very friendly and excellent service.

Champion windows are OK at best. The workmanship of the windows and quality control are poor. We had to spend hours cleaning out the corners of ALL the windows so the screen and windows would close level.Onto installation. Our house was damaged inside and out during removal and installation of our windows. We filed, and have been paid, an insurance claim against Champion Windows. The installers were suppose to return to fix the horrible silicone job on the exterior of the window. Two months later we are still waiting. I have contacted Carl, an install manager for the Columbia SC area, and he is yet to communicate in anyway. I am so disappointed with him. I gues out of sight out of mind. This battle is JUST beginning.

Sales presentation was interesting and informative. Did a lot of research after, and determined that Champion windows are at least as good as any, and their warranty cannot be beat. No worries for as long as you own your home and beyond. Most do not cover normal wear and tear, glass breakage, accidents, and fading. What good is a warranty that only covers manufacturers defects, and includes a lot of exclusions on top of that. With Champion you never have to worry, everything is covered.

Only Champion windows have insulation made inside each one. A no- brainer! Also their lifetime warranty is unmatched in the window business. Think about it- a lifetime warranty on materials. That means they won’t use cheap stuff that would require repeat repairs. We’re so excited to get these windows!!!

They still have not replaced the damaged panel on our screened porch. An experienced installer came out and promised he would take care of everything after we posted a bad review. We followed up after 10 days and he said parts were back ordered. Have not heard a thing since. It’s been several weeks.

We had Mike Kumar come to give us an estimate for 8 windows, he arrived early and is a very personable man, hes been with the company for over 20 years and knows his business. He told us everything that would be involved in the process of replacing or old original windows that are not efficient. What I like best is, the windows are completely made in America, which is rare these days, and since there was a sale going on, we got all the windows plus a big picture window in the front, for a very reasonable price. I cant say enough about Mike and Champion Windows. I cant wait to see our new windows in few weeks time. Hopefully our expensive heating and cooling bills will go down as a result of the new windows.

I contracted with Champion Windows to enclose my back porch some months ago. I paid them 95% of the cost. Since then, I have had difficulty contacting them by phone, having my calls returned, or getting a scheduled date for the work I have already paid for. My contract states that the work will be completed by the end of August 2021 but no one will give me a construction date within that time frame. Apparently, I am expected to be available the entire summer of 2021. I have asked why the delay but no one will give me a specific answer. I have been told the person that will schedule me is out of the office. He did cll me once but would only say that by the end of August is my construction date. I regret having [aid in advance. Otherwise, I would cancel the work.

Replace all 45 year windows. House is holding heat longer. Well made, quality windows. Installation was quick and efficient. Windows look good on outside and inside. Order arrived and were installed about a month earlier than estimate.

We had a really awesome professional come to the house and show us the difference between Champion Windows and other brands. We have made the purchase and are looking forward to installation!

Do not buy anything from this company they are crooks. We gave them $16k deposit for a sun room and when they came to measure the size was cut in half. We told them to stop and not continue with the measuring and wanted a refund. They claim that they did the measurement (Which we stopped and never have gotten anything from them. Plans, measurements, etc.) So to cancel they told us that it would cost us $9k. They totally mislead us on the size of the room and now we have to take them to court. Save yourself a lot of grief and dont give them any money or you will be cheated out of it.We have called and tried to talk to someone several times and to no avail. Talked to Nick and he said he would check into the issue and get back to us last Friday and we still have not heard from him or anyone else regarding our refund. Very poor business practice. You have 16K of our money and we want it back since you have done nothing.

The quality of the screened porch is good. However, if you call them while your product is under warranty because something is defective, they won’t call you back. Very disappointed. We’ve literally been calling them for months.
