Thank you Chris from Numotion!Chris called then came out to my house put new castors on the front of my wheelchair,new tires on the back,and hardware on the back.Chris got in got the job done and my wheelchair is like a Cadillac again!Thank you once again Chris you did an awesome job!Keep up the good work!

Great service, great people in Columbia MO but their phone system is the pits. Sending Smoke signals would be a better solution.

I would strongly recommend the staff and products of Numotion. The people are absolutely amazing and the equipment they offer to those in need is always exceptional. They also provide the best service of any one I have ever came in contact with and are always happy to help point you in the right direction of what solution is best for you. No worries about broken down equipment, because the people at Numotion are speedy and efficient. I have done business with them for 12 years now and dont have a bad thing to say in their regards. I just love them all! Thank each and every one of you for making my familys life so much easier! We couldnt do it without you.

The service was horrible!. It took to 2 months and three wrong parts to properly fix my wheelchair. We ended up having to call the manufacturer ourselves to get the correct part. I would not recommend them to anyone! I have never felt so taken advantage of as a disabled person as this company made me feel. The apathy was disgusting. Unfortunately there isnt any other choice. They have the entire market monopolized, theyre aware of it and know they do not have to provide good service.

I am happy with the quality of the powerchair and Pete the Service Tech that services my powerchair. However I am unhappy with Numotionns unwillingness to provide me with an option that is mot covered by my insurance. I would think that a multi-million dollar corporation would eat the $200 charge for a push handle on my chair. The individual that I spoke with said that the part was only a couple hundred bucks that I could just pay for it out of pocket. Apparently $200 isnt much to them but it is to me. I would go elsewhere to get your medical needs.

I can ever get a hold of Any one...was on hold for 36 mins and they hung up.... Ugh no customer service
