I went by the store today, and it appears to be closed. Appropriate since I had a clock repaired by him and it was delivered without the antique hands. He lost them. When asked, he replaced that with modern plastic hands, thus destroying the value of the all original parts antique. What clock repair guy forgets the hands?

3years ago I brought a pendulum clock in to be repaired. The part broken was visible. The clock was there for over a month when I started to call about the repair time. I called for 2 weeks without getting anyone, its was busy or no answer. We when to see about the clock and it had not been looked at and we were told that for the Owner to even look at it I would have to pay $500. I brought it home. Two weeks ago I reached out to another clock repair store in Lexington and they give me Clock repair person name and number. He came to my house and in 10 minutes had fixed my clock at no charge. Tim Sease thank you for repairing 5 of my clocks and not trying to RIP me off.

Several years ago, I had this gentleman to come out to my home to look at my vintage Grandfather clock. It needed some repair and some much needed love after being moved a few times. He took the inner workings (inside) back to his shop to work on it. This clock is well over 250 years old and he had to make the part for it to be able to work! I so appreciate this gentleman and his master expertise. When he is gone, I dont know of any other in our Columbia area who would be as fine of an expert as he is. I am a satisfied customer. E. Didnt exist

I took my antique mantel clock for repair because it wasnt chiming properly. After about 2 months I was informed it would cost $130 to fix. I said OK. After another 2 months and several phone calls to the woman who answers the phone, I was told it was finished. When I went to pick it up I insisted that it be plugged in. Lo and behold, it still wasnt chiming properly; in fact it was chiming in the same way as when I took it in. The woman argued w/ me that it was fine. She ARGUED! Finally she allowed that one chime wasnt right. I told her to keep it to get the chimes fixed. Another month, and she called to tell me it cant be repaired. I picked it up today. She wanted the full $130 even though the chimes werent fixed. I refused; offered her $80 which she accepted (a motor was replaced). She was quite nasty and continued to argue that the clock was fixed. Long story but bottom line - STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

My clock was not repaired. I was charged close to 100.00 dollars to replace a suspension spring. Not knowing what this is I looked it up and was informed it was a very inexpensive item. If anything else was done I was not informed. This is lot for a clock repair that has not worked. I was refused contact with the repairman. I would never use this service again.

STAY AWAY!!! THERE IS NO CLOCK DOCTOR! For three solid years I tried with no success to contact this man to find out where my clock was! The representative of his company is a woman who knows nothing, or pretends to know nothing. When asked where my clock was, she repeatedly said she would have to get in touch with him. Months later when I would call her back she would say the same thing all over again. THREE YEARS LATER I told her I was sending a registered letter to him. Now why would you want to do that because its just going to create trouble? she asked. I then asked her what was in a reasonable amount of time for me to wait for him to reply where my clock was? She once again said she would talk with him. I ask her could I speak with him. She told me that even SHE did not see him. Id have had better luck locating the Wizard of Oz! Things just did not add up. I told her that if I didnt hear from her by the close of business on Friday, I was going to seek legal remedy. That Monday I received a phone call stating he found your clock. January, 2016 I paid her a visit at the shop. Only after I threatened legal action was my clock was found, missing its hands and pendulum...Go figure. What a joke. Ive never seen more incompetence in my life. Sadly, THERE IS NO CONTACT. I received nothing but lies for three years. Now Im left with a clock with no hands or tick tock. I wonder who has MY clocks hands?

STAY AWAY. extremely hard to deal with. And your clock will be moved to a unknown location, it was not delivered to. If the man dies, good luck getting your clock back. harder than getting teeth pulled. If it wasnt for a sucker Being born every minute, the man wouldve went out of business years ago. They are idiots.

STAY AWAY- A RIP OFF THAT STEALS YOUR CLOCKS! They have had my grandmothers century clock for over 5 years+ & apparently cant find it, it was moved off site & I have gotten every excuse there about why it is taking so long!!! They either parted put my clock or sold it! HAVING TO TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT TO GET ANYTHING BACK!!!! THERE IS NO CLOCK DOCTOR, JUST AN OLDER LADY THAT TAKES YOUR ITEM & GIVE YOU A TICKET STUB SO IT SEEMS LEGIT!!!

I wish I had checked reviews before dropping off a grandfather clock in May 2016. It is now June 2017 and still no clock, and I cant seem to get an answer as to when, or if, it will ever be done.

Left a clock here to be repaired over a year nothing was ever done.
