If there was an option for no star they got it. I graduated BCT in 2019 and I realized I didnt ever received my video, so I called and they said I can rebuy it for even more than I originally paid, and even though I have my receipt I cant receive the video or a refund. SCAM

Video was great. The quality was good and I was able to see my brother a couple of times.Called and ordered after the event and had the video in less than a week. Very nice on the phone and prompt.

Video production is basic. It is not that difficult to lower music when a narrator is speaking but this production company has not figured it out. The resulting video has loud music with an inaudible narration. The video picture quality is great and the packaging is acceptable.

Video quality is only okay, the DVD Igot had no shots of my soldier, not worth $40.

No response, no help, no communication amd still do not have my sons dvd
