** TRANSCRIPT INCLUDED IN PICTURES**Highly dissatisfied ! I ordered for my move and the truck they reserved for me still had some dirt in the back & the hand was on a quarter tank when we got the truck. When I returned the vehicle I was told I drove 70 miles but I did not , I did the math for my trip and it was only 40 miles so Theres no way I drove 70 ! Also while we were driving the vehicle we learned it needed an alignment and its shocks done. I expressed this to the associate I checked the vehicle back in with and he said theyd get it fixed , however he had no explanation for the incorrect mile usage. I proceeded to do a virtual chat with the online customer service about my issue and was told a manager would be contacting me in 72 hours or less to further discuss my concerns. I never received a call so I reached out again and was told the manager put in a solution without actually contacting me. I find that extremely unprofessional and unfair !! I tried calling but no one answered.

Was working on a project with a friend of mine and we needed a hitch installed on his truck. This location kept giving him the run around and saying things to blow him off but they never followed through. The manager does not return calls as promised and It was like he had to chase them down for information. Due to this experience he along with myself now use another company for what we need and will never patronize this location again and thinking also of never patronizing UHaul as a company.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rented a van to move a bedroom and was able to fit a full size mattress as well as the frame, two shelves and a dozen boxes with room to spare. Also got a Ubox from here and was able to unload it onsite fairly easily. Only reason Im not giving five stars is because the driveway into the stores lot is very uneven and bumpy, making driving the bigger box trucks a bit more challenging.

We rented a 10 truck for a move from SC to FL. The guy who helped us was very nice and made the process super easy. However, I felt the need to come write this review because the truck was SO DIRTY. Even under normal circumstances, I would have been incredibly disappointed with how absolutely disgusting the cab of the truck was. But particularly in the middle of a health pandemic, I was beyond disappointed to see that they clearly were not doing ANY CLEANING AT ALL of the cab before giving the truck to a new customer. The dirt was visible and it took an hour of wiping with disinfectant wipes to get to the point where the wipes werent turning completely black after one wipe. For this reason, I would absolutely look elsewhere for my next move - locally or otherwise. We have more items that need to be moved from SC to FL in a few months and we will be using another service.

I came in to the location to reserve a truck. I was helped by James Brown. Let me say that he displayed tremendous customer service🏆!! I feel like he went the extra mile to share with me moving techniques, boxes to use, pricing and just overall I feel like he did an outstanding job 👏🏽. He made me feel welcomed and that my business was valued.

I usually get great customer service at this location but today for some reason I didn’t get the help I needed. There was a rude a nasty attitude lady at the front who didn’t want to or even lifted a finger to help. Very disappointing, I am NOT returning

The counter person disregarded my online reservation and completed a brand new one at the counter for me which I did not understand why. Whats the point of having people make reservation online only to have you make a new one at the counter? In the new reservation the staff charged me safedrive which I’ve verbally explained to him that I decline and had declined on my online reservation. He said that their touchpad wasn’t working so he would decline it for me. When he gave me my total the cost was different and he then explained that was how rates work, they change so fast he explained. Anyways, I requested for a refund. After a very long wait of watching the asst. manager clicking the keyboards, calling someone, and conversing with another employee, she gave me some lame excuse and I left the location. I was crunch for time and wasn’t doing to wait for her to learn how to refund safedrive. I mean come on, you want to tell me that this is your first request for a refund ever? Like your location just opened yesterday? And you just started work as an asst. manager? Come on man!To all, be ware of this location, likes to cheat customers. Please double check your receipt for any surprise chargers.I do not recommend this location especially if you have time to go elsewhere, go. You will thank me.

Fantastic experience all around. They had the last minute supplies I needed at a fair price. Customer service was top notch, especially EJ! Convenient set up and pick up. We rented a 26 one way truck & car carrier, they attached after the truck was loaded. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. Store was clean and well organized, truck was clean and in good working order.Give them a try, you wont be disappointed!

Ive paid for my Oct rent... and a month later still being charge for it with additional fees when it wasnt my fault. They had remove fees but not the lien fees. I had spoke to a gentleman by the name James Brown this past Monday and said that he had spoken to the GM removing my lien fee was gonna be done if I came in the morning. Well I spoke to the GM and claim that he didnt know anything about it. The GM said to check with my bank. Well come to find out it wasnt nothing with my bank. It had to do with uhaul. Uhaul places a hold on your money for several days. Reason why they couldnt charge my card because of insufficient funds. Let me remind you that I have a prepaid card or else my card would of decline if I didnt have the funds. Well finally I got my lien fees after the gentleman named James Brown called the police on me and called me a liar after telling me on Monday phone conversation that my lien fees were going to be removed. He went off me because I asked him about the conversation we had and just went off me. Lied and told officers he felt threatened and took my tag number. He is rude and nasty. He misleads customers and when confronted will call you a liar. The rest of the staff are very nice. I been paying on this unit for nearly 2 years and never had an issue with not one staff there. Well with that being said. Im removing my stuff and taking it somewhere else. Horrible experience ever. I personally work with customers and the way it was handle was horrible. My lien fee should of been removed from the beginning and not escalated the way it did. Negative 2 thumbs down for this store.

Hector and his staff were wonderful. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I was quoted an hour for my hitch installation, and he was done in about 40 mins. Hector even apologized to me for not having it done sooner. This is the third time I have used this location for various reasons, be it for a hitch or just to buy parts. This is the only U-Haul location I will use. I drive by about four other locations to get there, but its worth it.Thanks for caring about the customer, not every place does.

These guys really saved me some cash. $275. Every dealership and hitch installer wanted to put on a whole new kit, and they showed me it wasnt needed. Very professional looking install, very good people here. Dont be fooled by these haters reviews, they mad they didnt get their way. Anyhow A++ 6 stars

Stopped here today to refill a propane tank and the old guy with his unkempt mustache and spiffy little hat could not have been more rude to my husband! He told him to pull into a parking spot and then come back with the tank. Maybe he should’ve looked around and realized THERE WERE ZERO EMPTY PARKING SPOTS. duh. Only go here if you want to be treated like a child being spoken down to by your parents. I will make sure to drive very far out of my way next time my propane tank is empty, and gladly give my business to someone who respects their customers. This place is also hell to pull in and out of, and the potholes in the parking lot will eat you alive.

We were trying to get a brake controller installed in a truck. We called to see if we could set anything up, we talked to two different people. Finally somebody named bill told us that we could bring the truck up. We sent two employees to the location, which the manager was extremely rude. He told them that we had never called. we then asked him if a Bill or Emilie worked there. He told them no, we dont have a Bill or Emilie at this location. We have used this location in the past and have never had an issue until now. Its very sad that the manager was so rude, he could have handled the situation very differently.

Reps were nice people. However, Uhaul have ridiculous policies. If it were not for the nice reps I would have not rented from Uhaul at all. I felt hassled having to provide so many different ways of identification. I would not be surprised to learn that Uhaul started doing background checks on all their customers. I had to provide everything but my blood to rent that vehicle. When, the rep asked me to provide the cell phone numbers of my friends I knew they have gone too far. Uhaul sucks!

This company should be called “Killer Uhaul” we were in the middle of a move and had NO Brakes! We had to wait for a repair man to come and when he got their he couldn’t fix it because their were additional problems wrong with it! It had to be towed. The worst part was being charged $1395.13 for a broken down truck that “Chris Fish” LOL I’m sure that’s not his real name says we stole. Chris Fish must believe in Jim Crow laws because he certainly was EXTREMELY degrading in speaking with my parents who are both ordained ministers. He yelled at them to take him to court and prove that the truck was towed by Uhaul and not stolen by them. In the meantime my parents account shows additional $400.00 charges $50.00 charges continuously. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and by all means whisper a prayer for Chris Fish his immortal soul is going to desperately need an ocean of water.

EJ and his staff were such excellent people to work with. We were moving to GA from SC on the day that a section of I-85 burned down. We ended up having to change our trip destination and go to FL instead. Despite the complication of changing the destination once its been set, EJ and the people at this location were so accommodating and made sure we were able to get to our new destination without issue. Thank you to EJ and his staff for all of the stress they prevented during our move!

I do not recommend this location when moving. Poor customer service and unreliable. They pushed my sisters pickup time back and didnt tell her until she called and asked. Very sloppy and ridiculously slow installation of her hitch as well. Waited at Uhaul for HOURS to accomplish a routine request. Disappointed and will not use again!

Horrible customer service. The only training needed to answer for is a phone is if it is ringing pick it up. You cant answer customers question?, but transfer and push random numbers and send to someone else.My child gets random texts from these guys says she is late on her storage payments. Call spring valley uhaul. I call the number in the text, and tell them they have a wrong number associated with an account, to remove my daughters number. Person #1 says I only do reservations, let me transfer you to another person. Person #2 says he cant pull account info, I said I dont have an account. #2 says I need customer service. #2 transfers me to #3.Number 3 sends me to #4, 5, and the to #6. #6 ask what store and I say spring valley. He then tells me I should be trying that store because he is 2,000 miles away in Phoenix!I call back the number on the original text, this time I ask was this spring valley uhaul. She says yes. I explain that she is the 7th person and at the same place I originally started. She transfer me again to #8 who was actually rude and put me on hold and never came back before I finally hung up.I cant actually imGinr doing business with these people. I guess the moral of the story would be to not waste your time with these jokers like I did.
