Stay far away from this place they will swindle you in renting from them they will talk down on the other storage places just to get business how do I go from 144 to 205 and they say oh late fees yeah right once I get my merchandise out of here its a wrap please everyone go somewhere else do not listen to these people they sell you nothing but lies!!!!!! Which I fell for it so take it from me run elsewhere then they double charge your debit card after you have paid trust me the other storage guys are far better oh yes this the Decker Blvd location

Make sure you check your contract for additional charges that you havent created. Gas, mileage you will receive a refund after they transfer you to customer service.

The ladies here are great! They helped me back my 22-foot truck out of the gated storage unit area, which was a process. Nothing was damaged or bumped in to because of them :)

I have moved across the country a few times and this uhaul location was simply the best. The clerks were more than helpful and I could feel that they wanted to help me with the best deals. Moving is hard and these guys made it easier. I would use them again.

While I didnt actually use this place I must say their customer service was superb. I called to make a reservation only when I started explaining why I was renting a truck they actually told me I would save about 40 bucks by booking closer to my home and doing a different option. They pushed my service to someone else but still booked everything for me. Good customer service.

I rented a truck an found some belongings of the previous renter behind the seats returned to uhaul to return the items costed me 45 minutes of my time. Returned the truck the next 12 minutes late charge for extra day of service and insurance. Will not rent from uhaul again.

The clerk was nice and helful...she got straight to the point and worked very quickly...The only problem I had was navigating the lot...its not very efficient or effective...there is very little space to drive around in...

Worst place to store heavy or bulky items. This place is poorly maintained, situated and constructed. Also, it is not climate controlled.

Bad customer service. The general manager was very rude because I wasn’t understanding the process.

I contacted Uhaul to request a quote for their services because I am in the process of moving. I received the quote and the information on the quote was sent to my email. I informed the representative that I did not want to make a reservation at the moment because I was still looking for homes to save the quote in the system. I informed the representative that when I got my new home situated that I would call back in to set up a reservation date. However, this company UHAUL is by far the WORSE company Ive ever dealt with that I havent even done business yet. This company flat out HARASSED ME!!! This company UHAUL has called my cell phone 5 TIMES within a 4 day span trying to sell me and make me purchase a RENTAL TRUCK when I am BUSY currently still trying to FIND A HOME. This is the most IRRITATING experience Ive had. This situation is SO BAD Im currently still looking for homes I had to STOP doing what I was doing call back to INFORM them to stop calling. The representative was very RUDE and hung up on me as if Im one calling them. Its the other way around, I called back to speak with the GENERAL MANAGER and she was RUDE ALSO!!! The GENERAL MANAGER even got a attitude with me for simply requesting to not receive calls and she HUNG UP on me to? Where is the PROFESSIONALISM with this company off DECKER BLVD? A simple I apologize sir please call us back when you are ready has turned into a ESCALATION from someone whom has yet to do business simply inquired about services. If I receive another call HARASSING ME trying to sell me when I busy trying to FIND A HOME. i will make time to DIRECTLY ADDRESS this ISSUE to speak with the CORPORATE OFFICE, PERSONALLY.
