They were very nice when I went in. I spent over an hour in the office, and then they wanted me to sign papers to take $80 from my first check, for a drug test and background check, that I had not even taken yet. I dont know if that is a normal practice, but I have never heard of such a thing. I have been working for over 25 years, and never heard of something like that.

This place is absolutely horrible. They are not in the business of finding a good fit for employer and employee, rather they are in the business of filling spots. I applied to a job online and received a phone call the next day to come down and register with them. When I got there I sat there for over an hour waiting only to be finally called back and given a potential employer which was not what I originally applied for. So I went to this business and had what I perceived to be a good interview. They said they would contact Automation, Automation told me they would contact said employer and of course a week later I heard nothing. 2 weeks later they called me about a job paying way less then what I requested but said I could work this job until they find me something else.. BIG MISTAKE. being that I was unemployed I accepted the job only to find this job had little to NO respect for temp. employees. Automation told me the only way I could try and get a different job is if I put in a 2weeks notice, QUIT, then get put back in their system and wait for another job to become available. so in lames terms, they stuck me on this job and said the hell with me, on to the next sucker...

This is a terrible and very unprofessional work agency. Waited over two hours while these woman took lunch. I was contacted by email for a customer service position. When I was finally seen, I was told there were only warehouse jobs available. Not once did any of the ladies come to say anything to me. I had to ask them was I forgotten about. All this was to me was a big horrible inconvenience! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!! I would give them no stars if it were possible.

Sent on false assignments. Told higher rate to get me to go to assignment @ last minute then Lower Rate on pay stub & when asked about it Jennifer got irate while I was talking to another Associate. Last but not least Checks not ready on payday which I was informed was Thursday but when it wasnt ready I was told Thursday was a Courtesy PayDay but Friday was Real PayDay so Stacy manager says. Office of incompetence.

Worst temp agency I ever went to. Five office ladies, sitting on their ass doing nothing all day. One lady was walking in and out on her cell phone, another one kept going on a smoke/restroom break, another lady at her computer logging onto Facebook and then there was one lady doing most of the work checking the window and doing interviews. Really quite pleasant this one, but doing everything by herself. They are quick to tell you that their policy is to not tell you which companies are hiring and you can only know when they call you for a job. Total BS. Inefficient organization, appalling waste of time. I sat for over an hour in a room with two other people that were ahead of me. They also make you do a ridiculous math/sorting problem worksheet to submit with a paper application that is mandatory. I simply wanted to know which companies were hiring so I would not waste my time. I hate that even came here. BOOO!

They make you wait hours. I waited 2 hours two days ago and finally got up and left. That day for two hours no one attempted to speak with me. And a staff member there was very rude with other applicants. I have never been to staffing agency so UN organized. I wonder who gave them awards b/c its not for there staff or how they conduct businesses. Wish I could give negative stars

I sat there for four hours looking for possible employment and they found me a job through their agency and told me that i had it which i was expected to start a week later and the day before i was to start they gave my job away to someone else so they wasted my time and now i am physically and emotionally drained due to their lack of incompetence and bullshit..
