Please shut this place down, dont understand how this a call center but no one answers the phone, rude people, HR hangs up the phone in your ear... Hell the security guards are the only nice people... I started on 19 & still didnt get paid... Waste of time

Teleperformance in itself is not the issue. People never leave their job they leave Management. Teleperformance gains it bad rep from the kind of management staff there. Not everyone is bad because there are some truly good managers and trainers there. Its the bad apples that spoil the bunch. There are many in management that need to be sat down and there are many that should be put in management. The project I worked on, the managers are in their click and if they dont care for you they find ways to get you out. I was in the bathroom one day and heard a conversation between three of the floor SUPS in regards to the agents they did not like and how to get them out. My SUP was amazing though, he was one of the good ones but he left before me. There is so much more i could write but i digress. The company itself does a lot of good for the community but in many areas the employees are being neglected. Grievances are not heard/addressed, management can do and say what they want to you up to terminating you if they dont like you. Human resources Department is MIA most of the day and when they are in you still cannot see them. They never return calls nor do they answer their phones when you call. I would pray long and hard before taking a position here. I took the position against my better judgment and it turned out to be exactly what I thought it would be. If you do go to work there just be very careful and stay prayed up.

Great place to meet all kinds of people. Great place to get your money and stack. You can move up in no time if you just come to work and stay to yourself. Overtime is great and you can really stack your money! I didn’t think I’d still be here but I made it to five years. I’ve seen a lot of people come and go and had twenty jobs in the five years... if I can do it, you can too.

Teleperformance is a very unorganized company. I worked there briefly, and I had my doubts before even interviewing with them, which should have been a sign right there. The whole vibe and environment of the company is off. The attire of the company is casual, not business casual. I saw many people who were to be interviewed wearing any outfit like they were at the club or hanging out with friends. Also, many of the people who work there dress more casual than business casual. Plus, many of the workers dont speak when they pass by you. And another thing. Many of the people who were in charge were saying many different things to people. In other words, they were not all on the same page. Not cohesive. Just all over the place. Teleperformance is extremely unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend this job to my worst enemy.

I went to this Establishment seeking employment and it was nothing whatsoever like the negative posts had to say about it. I applied for some positions , I didnt pass all of my tests. There were some real good videos at the end of my testing that were Humanity themed (some were really emotionally based) The Receptionists at the front desk were professional. One office woman asked me if I were okay. Didnt see anyone that wasnt Business casual.

The best part of the facility is the hiring process.. the HR department is good but the management is unprofessional. The facility also is aware of their bedbug infestation and refuses to do anything about it regardless of multiple OSHA complaints.

If I could give them negative 100 stars I would.Very unprofessional, rude, liars.I was given an interview time of 9:30 am. I was onsite at 9:15 am with all the required documents.I was told to sign in on the clip board and take a seat.I then watched the 15 people that walked in after me be taken back for interviews.15 minutes AFTER my interview time, when I was the ONLY person left, the lady behind the front desk asks if I have been helped yet!?They then wanted me to take three different computer tests and wait an hour to be interviewed. Why should I jump through those hoops when you dont value my time?If this is how they treat prospective employees, I for sure do not want to work there!!

This company is run really poorly. Supervisors don’t assist like they are suppose to. HR is a mess and no one to get a hold of when you need help. It’s a good job it’s just badly managed and supervised. They set you up for failure. Screen shots of supervisors not responding for up to 3 days.

Wasnt trained to Navigate the systems working in the retention department with angry customers was a headache by itself. Now with me not knowing where to go and be self sufficient was stressful to deal with on top of angry customers made my job unbearable..... the great thing about working here is that they made sure you knew how to communicate with customers and what to do to retain them

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. Teleperformance is the WORST place anyone could ever work. I wouldnt wish that place on someone I hate! The management is unprofessional and consistently harps about following the rules and regs whilst simultaneously breaking them IN YOUR FACE. The Human Resources department is NEVER there, and when they are, they can never be located in the building. So you could work there for six months and never get a meeting with HR. Dont even bother calling any of the listed numbers. They either dont work or the front desk people will ignore it. They also wont honor your medical leave. Give this place a pass, if I were you.

Teleperformance is brimming with negligent leadership. Our building is not sanitary, and respiratory infections are presently spreading like wild fires, before the official start of flu season. It grieves me to know that leadership has ignored my requests for change, formal requests to inform the 1,400 employees that work here of the respiratory infections, flu and potentially walking pneumonia and to do everything possible to protect the employees that work here. The site director is wholeheartedly complicit and shows that she is unconcerned with the health and well being of her staff. It is my moral obligation to inform the public that there is a real health hazard while working here, especially if you are a person that has a weak immune system. It is an embarrassment and an indictment on the part of the leadership that people are loosing valuable wages due to illness, and teleperformance is loosing money when employees cant come to work. On top of all of this, retention is tremendously high. Remember folks If you ever want to know how well a tree is doing......look at its fruit.

Was looking forward to my interview this past Monday. My appointment was at 10am I arrived at 9:38am. I signed in and waited. I should have known something was up by the way the other applicants where dressed. One person came in with what looked liked pajamas another person had a skirt so short it didnt look like she was going to an interview. This was not a place for me. They never called me and I had a scheduled appointment. I just stuck around for kicks. I left at 11 am. I am so glad they never called me.

This place is probably the worst job I’ve ever had. I worked with United Health Care. I liked working for United Health Care. But Teleperformance is the worst company I’ve ever worked for. The management is prejudice and lacks professionalism. Was supposed to get a bonus, never saw a dime of it. I would highly suggest finding another place to work.

I enjoy working here it is what YOU make of it. If you are negative you will find negative things to say. There are a few things that need to be worked on however every company has things they need to work on. I appreciate the opportunity this company has given me which allows this mature adult to provide for thier family...

Had an interview here and it went well. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and professional and entertaining during the wait process. My first interview was great but I cant remember the guys name. When it came to the second interview the lady (named Hope) was very unprofessional and seemed as if she didnt want to be there, Made rude facial expressions, no eye contact and a rude attitude. She made me feel very nervous and uncomfortable during the second interview. Wont be applying again.

Worked for the company from home. It’s been a horrible experience. After 6 months I was prompted and not trained properly for the new position the exam at the end was very difficult and I didn’t understand but the instructor gave us the answer. Second probably if you are a closer they tell you when you can leave. Third if you are a student or mother don’t recommend they don’t not work with you on schedules. Work place to work

I worked there for bout 2months..deftinlty not a career move!! The building was the most dirtiest place ever...from the bathrooms to the parking lot..bed bugs..roaches in the break room...which makes people not even care soon as they start...they need to srceen their employess a little better...a little unprofessional. Just a quick pay check.

They are the worst I was in training and I missed three days for an acute illness. I had valid documentation in regards to my purpose of not being present. An they still fired me. I will be calling the EOE on them Tuesday morning!!

The rep in the front is extremely rude to the new hires. I noticed several of the employees walking from the back were in crappy attire. Spandex basically everything the handbook tells you not to wear they wear it. Please do somerhing about the rude lady in the front. You all are interview people who are professional but you are very unprofessional. I wanted to walk out. I did get hire but not sure if ill stay long. I dont like how they communicate rudely and upper management looks down on people. They need to shut the whole building down and start all over with new management and new employees. They dress sooo unprofessional which is very discouraging. I need the money so Im going to collect a few checks. That lady in the front she has a nasty attitude. She professional but very 👿 rude.. Before they hired me a was telling a friend that I got hired she called teleperformance ghetto performance. Its a bunch of huge girls that dont mind the small pay because they dont mind sitting.. Teleperformance is a mess.

Wow I am totally just disgusted , I had to resign from teleperformance due to a death in a family I spoke with my previous manager and she said it would be completely okay for me to take the month to get myself together so I reapplied and I was now told that I have to wait 2 years to apply . WOW what type of b.s is that , but wait that’s not the best part the staff offered to let me speak with the head of the site as if he was going to make something happen or atleast speak to my manager about what was told to me via email and word of mouth but instead he tells me this over the phone “I’m sorry Ms. Jamison but you can not re-apply until 2 year’s after a left due to the fact that there is new site management but I can refer someone who hasn’t worked there to come apply because they are offering full time position may everyone within this organization fall into the pits of hell where you all belong

This place is not safe! Theres no real security officers, (there was an incident the other day and police nor security guard informed us,) the staff members are rude, the employees are childish ..do not work here unless you want a quick buck!

My time here has ended & Im never coming back here to work so I can say the truth now. I started here back in 2012. The best things I can say about this company is that there are some amazing people who have & still work there. But in the same breath there are some really evil people that work here. I cant speak for all projects in this building but I can talk about ATT/Directv. The worst mistake Directv decided to do is to sell there company to ATT. Terrible mistake. ATT has some of the worse business practices. They make their employees work like slaves. Forget true customer service. Its about the numbers. You cant save lies & trash all the time. So if your looking for a job Im not telling you not to work for TP. Im telling you to find another project other than ATT. Because trust me it will take a part of your soul. I was happy my last day on that project. I resigned; not fired. I got a better job opportunity. That was the Best decision I ever made. I miss the people I made friendships with for the past 6 years. But not the job. The truth will set you free. Hope this helps someone.
