Never had the pleasure like these other folks to even have a consultation. I reached out to them via email and over the phone 3times. My business partner contacted them 2 times, even my business associate (Who referred them to us.) reached out After all of that I finally received an email back from the office manager. Who informed me about a virtual consultation, I Responded two days after getting her email, then waited three days and decided to call and leave a message, then waited three more days. With not a single response, I have no clue whether this firm is worth it’s salt or all the praise and adoration. They have a very appealing website, however seem to lack basic communication skills. Which is concerning, needless to say I chose a different accounting firm which was less expensive however we were willing to pay more. But we were never given the opportunity. They say half life is just showing up, being present. in business half of your success is answering your phone and responding

Office manager said she chose one of the options for our deal and seems to be following through with it! I hope we can move past this she does an excellent job I’ll put four up.
