Picked us this rad Can Am ds250 this week. Its a pretty cool little machine. As far as Columbia Powersports, they were all great. I have zero complaints from the salesman to the finance lady to the rest of the staff. It was a smooth, quick process. I would return here to do business again.The only complaint I could have at all, and it isnt their fault, is low stock. But thats everywhere right now and Im sure itll bounce back eventually. I grabbed the only 250 they had at the time.

Service rep was unable (or unwilling) to tell me exactly what was included in the initial service on my bike, or what that service would cost. She also stated that the warranty would not be honored if I did the work myself and kept my receipts (which I believe is wrong/illegal). Definitely going somewhere else.

Guys were great! CFMoto 600 atv was found online at their website. Have enjoyed it the last week or two and now ready for break-in service. Will buy from again. Really like the timely service at purchase time. In and out within an hour!

Nice, family-owned business who still believes that the customer is always right. Josh treated me right, got a fair price on a very hot item, and he even helped me load it in the rain. No complaints, very pleased. I even traveled from Columbus, GA, to shop there!

The buying process was fine. Bought an SSR 110 and 125 dirtbikes several months earlier from Colby. Due to medical limitations that arose shortly after we have been unable to use them. Trade value was less than 50% retail 35% if you count delivery, tax, and title fees they charged. We were looking for something lower spinal impact to replace and were gladly willing to take hit on value but not this much. Make sure you know what you are getting before you get out the door. Trade or return value on these products are garbage. We will not do business here again despite it being partly our fault for not asking key product questions before buying that we were not aware of. Youre complete disrespect of your own products and their values is telling of your business practices and product markup.

The team at Columbia Power Sports have been great to work with. All the way from the buying process through the service department. Very responsive and called me back with updates along the way. I would highly recommend this company and their people to others.

Needed help with a title question I had on a unit I bought several years ago from CPS. Kollin courteously took the time to thoroughly get me straight on the issue. The lady I spoke to on the phone before hand was also tremendously helpful. Josh and the other sales associate have always been very helpful as well. Everyone I’ve ever encountered there has been professional.

I gave them a 5 star on that visit, it depends on who is waiting on you when you visit. My first visit was not a good one. I had to wait a long time for them to help me. My last visit was great, i didnt have to wait that long and parts attendant was spot on!!!!!

Amazing place! Took both my kids in today to get my older son a dirt bike. Salesmen helped me so much,then my younger kid decided to have a meltdown they tried to entertain him and help with that. When it came time to load up they did ALL the work for me! Even showed my son how to use the dirt bike. DEFINITELY will shop with them more! Thank yall for today.

Anthony at the Two Notch Rd location was a very knowledgeable and pleasant salesman to work with...loaded and secured the motorcycle I purchased to my trailer virtually single handedly (I helped a tiny bit)...well worth the 2+ hour drive to do business with him...keep up the good work!!

Had a good sales experience purchasing a 2 year old 1136 mile Kawasaki KLX250 dual sport motorcycle from Columbia Powersports.Saw it listed online and I called Columbia Powersports about the motorcycle and asked if it was still available and it was.I gave a cash price that I was willing to pay and they agreed to the OTD amount and I told them I would be by the next morning at 1000 to pick it up.The next morning the like new motorcycle was waiting at the front door greeting me; that was a nice touch.Great painless quick transaction for tag, title, bill of sale by Katie, and sales, overview and loading onto the trailer of the motorcycle by Anthony.Already have run 2 tanks of fuel through it, 181 miles of in 2 days riding dirt roads, trails street and have really enjoyed it and it has performed as well as I expected it would.

I couldnt be happier!!! I took my Can Am ATV to Columbia Powersports for a repair, 3 weeks before Christmas (and in 2020, lol). They were able to get me in and out really quick and I was super pleased with their service and prices. Their service writer (Sarah) and service tech (Brewer), were both a great pleasure to work with. They were both very professional, and sincerely concerned about helping me with my situation. What an enormous selection of many different motorcycle, ATV, scooter, and small personal watercraft (jetski type) brands. The entire place was immaculately clean, organized, fully stocked, price marked, and spaced, enough to easily try sitting on every toy in the place and knowing if it was in your budget, if so inclined! There were no vulture sales people harrassing you, but they were scattered around doing busy work, so you felt comfortable asking any questions, if curious. The sun shined in through floor to ceiling glass windows on every side and it was very well lit, adding to the positive vibe, visibility of everything you saw, and sensation of openness. I was particularly impressed by the amazing variety and number of motorcycle helmets, boots, jackets, pants, and gloves! It is a great place for a man just to go in, stroll around, and fantasize about the adventure, if nothing else. I dont own a motorcycle, my wife would never let me buy one for reasons of both safety and money, and I would never have anywhere to ride it anyway BUT IF I EVER DO... Anyway, Ill probably have to window shop there sgain soon, just because of the inherent fun and happiness you get out of it.

Don’t go to Columbia power sports center I went to get my 4 wheeler fix and they took 5 months to tell us get a new computer and then a another 2 months to say it’s the motor that doesn’t work and we paid 800$ and it terns out that the engine did work and nothing was wrong with it

I bought my 8th bike from them since 1984, I bought a brand new 2020 Yamaha MT09, Got a great deal on the bike out the door. Been riding for over 40 years, from cruze bikes, sportbike and touring bikes,now I have fallen in love with the street fighters, MT09 is unreal low end and mid range Torque.Every single person there was polite, helpful and was able to answer all my questions quickly and accurately. I would not buy a bike from anyone else, I know they will take care of me and in the very rare case of a problem,I know they will make it right and be fair and quick to fix.

Honestly had a bad experience with them that cannot let me give any semblance of a good review, I was really excited to get my first bike and made a cash offer which they turned down was like 500 dollars less than the asking price, was told they couldnt do any better...... i still really wanted the bike i was hoping for. I went in with cash and they didnt even have the bike together, it was still in a crate but didnt offer to put it together for me to come back and check it out or anything. My main problem was the salesman, it was like he was burdened by trying to help me and that he didnt care about selling anything. I eventually gave up trying to even buy the bike because there was no care to how it was handled.

The worst service ever,.Bought a brand new CD motto 4 wheeler,had some over heating issues from the start.Had this ATV less than 2 months and the drive belt broke,took it CPS to have it fixed,have the over heating issues checked and oil change.they called about 2 weeks later and told me that the belt was shredded and not under warranty, the bill would be over $500,I told them not to touch it,I was gonna check my warranty when I got home,as I thought the belt had a 90 day warranty, so we emailed them a pic of the warranty paper work.About a week later they called and said that the belt was under warranty, but they went ahead and changed the oil,and put it on the computer to see why it was running hot,This was after I told them not to touch it,they also said they rode it around the parking lot to see if it would overheat, then told me it would be $276 ,I refused that bill because they was told not to touch,I was told the manager would call me back,he never did.so I called them only to be told my belt hadnt come in yet,this after they told me they rode around the parking lot for 2 hours.so after arguing with them yet again they still charged me $116 for shop fees,this also after the last hold up was them waiting on a clutch tool from cf motto.needless to say .When I got home and pulled it off the trailer I drove about 3 minutes and it started making a slapping noise and would barely move.I could tell it was slapping under the plastic cover where the belt is.I had my girlfriend video and I took the plastic cover off,only to find that most of the old shredded belt had been left in there,I mean how sorry can you get?Had they really had to wait on a clutch tool and take the clutch off,there is no possibility that they could not see all the pieces of belt caught up in the clutch, and falling out when the cover came off, good thing is my girlfriend is a paralegal and has the vide of the total mess they made.

To Went by on a Saturday afternoon. Not crowded at all. Was not approached by sales rep at all. Finally had to ask for help with a question about A Can-Am spider. Not sure they wanted to sell me a bike. Probably find a different dealer.

So last week, I go in and buy a battery, spark plugs and have them order a Fuel Filter, Fuel selector valve (On, Off, Reserve) for my Jet Ski, along with the retaining washer, Nut, Knob and retaining screw for said valve. So I go in today to pick it up only to find out they forgot to order the Valve itself, everything else was there, but its useless without the valve they forgot to order since all the other parts attach to the valve itself NOT HAPPY, Now I have to wait another week to get it, would have been nice if they ordered everything like I asked them to

Parts department helped me find what I needed. Spent some time looking at different parts of my motorcycle on the parts diagrams to get the right stuff. Go see the parts manager if you need parts help. Very knowledgeable, and willing to help. Hard to find these days!

My 2014 Yamaha FZ-09 was ran over in the parking lot of Muv Fitness in Lexington. There was alot of front end damage and I was worried that it couldnt be fixed. Columbia Powersports excellent team and personnel, were able to not only restore it to its original condition but, it is riding better than it ever has. The riding stability is much approved and the clutch and brakes feel great! Brewer was my service advisor and did an excellent job guiding me through the repair process and keeping me updated. Even though the Covid-19 caused some logistical issues with the parts arrival, they were able to complete the repairs faster than expected. They are truely a one stop shop for all your powersports needs.

Good website. I knew what I was buying ahead of time. Kollin handled the sale- nice and knowledgeable fellow who answered all my questions. The bike was on sale, $2000 off and they gave me a military discount on top. After that, they had their general manager give me a lift back from my house so I wouldnt have to walk (I live 3 miles from the dealership, I actually planned to walk it but they offered and were very nice about it). I ended up riding my new bike back from the dealership. Nice and helpful folks!

I have spent 10s of thousands at this place, and have never had a problem. The staff (parts/service/sales) have all been nice to deal with and they seem to have a genuine interest in the customer and a joy of being employed.

Bought new 2019 Sea Doo RXT 230 today, salesman Josh was pleasure to deal with , went over all features of Jet Ski , and helped in comparison of different models. Great deal, in and out quick ! Recommend them highly .

Columbia Powersports is the best motorcycle/watercraft/side by side dealer around. I never have a problem ordering any type of part and its usually there the same week, depending where its coming from. Kollin and Taylor always make sure everything is perfect and if its not they fix it. All around great guys and a great shop. Id recommend to everyone.

I got a transmission recall done there recently and have nothing but praise for these guys. They responded to my email promptly (most places want to do everything over the phone but I prefer written communication) and got my bike back to me when they said they would. It runs better than it ever has. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they acted like they wanted my business even though they had plenty to do.

Went to look at bike from online. Walking in the store there are signs on everything dont touch dont sit dont do this or that they should have a sign which says dont even look. Then if you just have your motorcycle permit youRe not allowed to drive the bike you think you want to purchase. Cant drive it and want thousands for them, WHAT A JOKE. Rude snotty salesmen too.

Very friendly folks, an unusual but very cool jeep-like product from Mahindra, lots of dirt bikes, would like to see more street bikes and accessories, parts (and i know they have only limited control over this) are very expensive, needed to be ordered (i knew it would, its for a 16 year old bike) and did not come in when expected (may/may not be their fault), Overall, a somewhat dissappointing order, but nice save by great people. I will continue to shop for parts here because of the good service, knowledgeable help.

Had my Outlander in the service department for some diagnostic on the 4wd system. They got right on it and had my machine back to me within a week! Good service, nice dealership to deal with. I will be back!

Have done business with the Columbia Power Sports for years. As of late I have been very disappointed with the service department. Have had my Yamaha 4 wheeler in twice one after service as they bent the shifter linkage during a service and tried to blame it on me and then wired up the winch backwards. I recently have had issues with my 2012 Kawasaki 1400 gas cap not opening due to fouling with the ethanol gas. Worked on it for several days then decided to take it in for service. The service guy treated me like I was stupid as he was able to open it with his pen knife and pushing down on it after I was unable after several days working with break free and the like. This was not the first dealings I have had with this guy. Customer is wrong and stupid. Aiken is a little more of a drive for me but they will get my business from now on. Sorry Wayne...to many issues.

There is no finer mechanic in the Columbia area than David, who has serviced my bikes since 1990. He is a wizard! Bob and Wayne do a terrific job in the service writing area. Taylor knows parts inside and out. Bill has always treated my well in sales and Kollin oversees the operation to ensure that all runs smoothly. While I am at it, I have to give a shout out to Chris, Neal, Korey, and the team at Two Notch. Great folks, too, with their boss Wayne, as well as Kirsten and Crystal. There are others I missed here but both establishments are 5 Star.
